USPS Office complains about my mailbox distance from the road (it has not moved in 12 years). Postmaster stated it needed to be 'flush' to the side of the road, yet USPS Website states 6-8" off the road. Neighbors down the road have a sidewalk between their mailbox and road because they have no other option to move it closer. The Post office is holding my mail and threatened to return all my mail to the senders if I do not comply. By the way, the is no curb, and my mailbox sits 14" off the roadway and still gets hit by dumptrucks and snow plows, any closer could be a hazard for other drivers. Wright City USPS needs to understand what it means to compromise.

The worst postal service I’ve ever encountered. Delivery lady throws packages from halfway up the walkway. Gets pissed when you tell her not to. Post office won’t do anything about it. She gets away free and clear and continues to throw packages.

The wright city mail person has continually disregarded the ONE piece of mail i have in my mailbox to be sent out for a whole week. They even went as far as to write a message on my mail about the stamps i was using. I have sent out hundreds of pieces of mail from my previous residence without issue, using the same stamps. I do not think it is very professional for a government employee to write on somebody else's mail?? The people who live around me have had the same experiences. This is absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating!! I have had so many problems with USPS in the past with losing my packages, or not even being able to give me ANY information regarding the shipments THEY ARE HANDLING. How is it a carrier of mail has no information about shipments they have in their possession?? Forgive me if i am wrong, but that seems to be something they should have knowledge about?

Looked up package to see what it’s status was and online it showed that it was delivered yesterday. I called the post office about this and gave them the tracking number and she said yeah they have them there. I hurried up and went up there to get my packages and there’s nothing there and the mail lady Marcy got loud and argumentative stating that she delivered my package yesterday and that there were 3 packages in my mailbox yesterday. Like I told her that’s impossible because my mailbox is tiny and can’t even hold 3 packages in it and what was being delivered was bigger than the mailbox itself. Marcy then turned around and told the girl that was trying to help locate my package that she’s not longer going to deliver any packages to my mailbox bec this is the 2nd time that this has happened. I cut her off and I asked her what is she talking about because I’ve never went up there about a package that I didn’t recieve and she said that it was in December that I did and she remembers it. She got even louder and stated that she’s worked there for 20 years and she remembers all the packages that she delivers and what size and color that they are as well. If that was the case then she would have known that she delivered my neighbors small package to me just the other day and she’s constantly putting other peoples mail in my mailbox! Marcy is VERY rude, never delivered my package and marked it as delivered, and then accused me of lying.

I have came into the office twice now about this issue every single day our mail runs None of my personal mail is being delivered. I live at 22977 Mark Peterson Dr Wright City, mo 63390. Every debit card credit card has been returned and I am being charged money. I am starting to get extremely upset and feel that maybe since the mail carrier picks and chooses who's mail is delivered and who's she deliver and who's not to maybe she should pay the fees I am being charged

Very rude and unprofessional staff, mail shows up, did not receive mail that was notified of being delivered to wright city, go to the post office, lady at the window says it's here, but refuses to go get the package, saying I can't leave the window, says come back tomorrow, immediately walks away from the window to no idea where

Came home work on Wednesday to find a card saying that I had a parcel at the post office that needed my signature and that after 2 days it would be sent back. No problem, I left work ar 4 only to discover that the post office closed at 4. So the next day I left early from work and made it to the post office at 4:50pm. Handed the nice lady my pick up card and to my surprise she came out with a box from Macy’s. I said I have to sign for a delivery from Macy’s and she said “No, no signature needed”. I told her that the card said that it required my signature and she looked at the card and said “Huh, I am not sure why he marked that”. Well I know why!!! The postal delivery was too frikin’ lazy to get their a** out of their truck and bring the box to my house!!!! So I took off work early 2 days in a row because a postal worker is LAZY!!!!!!

I never receive any packages that I am expecting. They always say shipped however I don't receive them. The postal worker must always be delivering to the wrong address.

Disappointing. I was expecting two-day delivery items on a rainy Saturday morning. Imagine my disappointment to receive an email from the company I ordered from stating delivery was attempted and they were sorry I wasn't home. Except I was home. Home and waiting for a delivery. The 4 x 3 postcard stated the mail box was full - except I have an oversized mailbox that only had a 4 x 3 postcard in it. No one came to my door. No one rang my door bell or knocked. The dogs didn't bark to notify that someone was in the driveway. My husband was home too. My only assumption is that it was raining and my postal carrier did not want to get wet. What a jerk
