Postal Locations

i have lots of issues with packages not being delivered and letters being lost.. but today.. I feel they are really trying!!.. thank you!

Very Rude! As a fellow postal worker I am ashamed at the customer service I received today. We are supposed to help one another and get the customers taken care of not brush one another off.

Very poor service I went in to get a key made for the postal box in my community. 1/2 way thru the tranaction the lady got a phone call and did not stop talking. So the man next to her took my money gave me tge reciept & yold me when I could pick up tge key. When I returned several days later. I was told that my address did not exsit. That I was wrong. They had no record of any key besides that the address was not correct! I called the manager of my community who assured me it was correct. These people made me feel like i was stupid. They (the clerk & supervisor) were rude .This office is quite a ways from my home. I left with no key was told they would call me! If you can use a differnt branch do it.

Horrible service and packages not delivered when they are at the postal office.
