Not receiving the mail until 8:30 at night, or not at all. No delivery of the weekly store circulars, this week at all. Also, I'm getting other peoples mail. Not just a neighbor, but mail anywhere in my zip code. So if I get other people's mail, who's getting mine?

I have had the same postman- Tom H. for years. I will be moving soon, but wanted to make sure I said this to any one connected to the Rochester Hills,Mi post office. Tom is the most helpful, caring and considerate mailman I have ever encountered!! There are MANY times he has brought my mail to my apartment and ALWAYS has a smile and and nice things to say!! He has spoiled me and I truely hate to move! I WILL miss him!!

It is Tuesday August 28,2018 and not have tried since 9:00am till now 3:00pm to call this facility in Rochester hills to check on a package. The PHONE must be off the hook BECAUSE IT HAS A BUSY SIGNAL ALL DAY. This is unacceptable for someone who just needs to ask about a package with a tracking #.
