It is not clear to me why they even have a phone. Or maybe they don't! Maybe that is the problem. Their phone is broken. So when customers call them there is no ringing and no way for employees to answer the call. Only in America.

Mailed a certified return receipt to Apple Valley CA on February 23 which was supposed to arrive on March 4. It is now March 19 and the letter is supposed to be delayed somewhere in Tennessee. I have been checking every day and no one knows when it will get to destination. This is an important mailing to my broker regarding a sale and contained a personal check. Will never again use USPS for important communications. Lost documents and money! I

I admit that I had to call back several times (after 3 1/2 minutes you get the generic busy signal) but I eventually got through. The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful! His name his Josh H. and he was great! He was pleasant and kind and went a looked for the package I sent. He located it and is holding it for my friend to come and pick it up. Even though getting through took about 20 minutes I still had a pleasant experience working with Josh.

I have spent over 3 hours calling this Post office at 3970 S. Green Brooke Dr. SE in Grand Rapids Michigan and have never had anyone pick up the phone. I am trying to resolve an issue regarding the delivery of forwarded mail and am extremely mad about the lack of response. I am unable to talk to any other post office because this is the post office that supposedly delivers my mail, which they are not doing! I see all of the other comments are in regards to this same issue and total lack of customer service. Shame on the USPS and don’t blame it on COVID!!!!! Get more help!!!!

Please, please answer the phone(s)!! People wouldn’t be calling if they didn’t have questions or need assistance with other postal related matters. Perhaps you don’t care but letting the phone ring and ring is just wrong, ignorant and rude.

Would like to know why no mail has been delivered and it is 406 pm. It is Monday July 6th, 2020. No one seems to want to answer the phone either. I call it rings a bunch of times and then hangs up on you.

HI' I try to talk whit some one in your office, ( supervisor or Menander) before some one answer the call, my call was disconnected,I wane talk about postmen, the person's who deliver post in my Building, the Address: 2399 Charring Cross ,The Camelot wood Apt. Complex, (for disable and old people) meany of us in building have big problem whit postmen/women , because they meany meany time put our mail in some one ease mail box , some people red and put in garbage, some of them left them on floor or by mail box, as you know, how risk is for us, if some one red our mail, where we have personal info, from bank or any gov. Institution, Evin check's, new credit card's or check book , we talk whit office menagerie about this, and show them , but they say we have to contact post office, on all those mail's what was put in wrong box, was correct address , Apt. # and name, looks like your people don't know red, or they don't care, we understood , mistakes happens, but one or 2 time's , not all the time, or so, they left our packages , down stairs and people open up to, so , pls. do something about this, don't ignore my comment, other wise , we have to sue those person's who did this , and your office, if you ignore us

I tried throughout the morning (5/10/2019) to connect with the East Paris Post Office. Phone rang and rang and rang and then disconnected me. My question is the construction going on at this post office's parking lot. I dropped mail in the box (as you enter the compound) on Monday, 5/6/2019. I want to be assured all the mail in the mailboxes were emptied and began being processed. Not too much to ask, right?

Went in to resolve a smashed package with broken items inside and was blamed for the box and told they are not responsible for the broken items; that it may have been a machine, that they were busy on Saturday, etc. I told the man that I talked to, KEN, that at the very least, they should have let us know that something had happened to the package as it was very obviously repaired. He kept saying that they were busy on Saturday so I asked if their policy was to have poor customer service when they are busy and he said yes. I had insurance and asked to please resolve the issue. He told me to go home and file. VERY RUDE!

Most post offices that I know of, on a Monday, are really busy, so after 5 mins of calling, he did answer. And they did take care of my problem. I see all these negative comments, and think, do these folks realize the magnitude of this operation? Back in the day, it was delivered by a horse and rider, they have come a long way!! Have you thanked your postman today!

Possibly the worst customer experience I have other had, Would not give any stars, but it forces me to give 1. Had a package returned undeliverable, even though my forward was not supposed to start until 3 days later, and we werre at home at the address with a moving sale, the entire day that they said the package was undeliverable. we tracked the package online, a few days later, and it said it was undeliverable, called this post office, and after waiting 35 minutes to talk to someone, was told it was sent to detroit, would be re-sorted and forwarded to our address, and would take about a week,. a week later and still no updates on package, so called this post office again and was told by someone that we didn't have a forward on file and didn't know where package was, I informed her that I am showing the forward right on my phone, said she couldn't find it, and that package was probably sent to detroit. Now after 3 weeks I decide to go into this post office to see if it could get sorted out, BIG MISTAKE, Explained to the single clerk working their my issue, and gave tracking#, and he went to check on status, after a few minutes, he comes back and says the package was shipped to detroit, and will be forwarded, and that takes about a week, I say it has been 3, does he know the status of pkg in detroit, and he says no, he wouldn't know that information, so I go to a Supervisor next, Tell the supervisor same thing, she disappears for about 5-10 minutes and tells me the same thing, I ask if she can find out the status of it in detroit, and in a voice that shows she really could care less, she says no, my phone is on the counter, and I ask her if she could please check on the package as it was the Post Offices fault for this dilemma, I tell her it is since the forward didn't take affect until 3 days after the package was "supposedly undeliverable" at our old address, even though we were still living there. I went to show her the proof of the forward dates, and she angily told me to Put my phone away, I then said since it's the post office fault can they , and before I could even finish asking them to check or call detroit on the package, she told me It wasn't there fault and I needed to leave, and then later threatened to call police on me, when I wouldn't leave and asked for district managers phone# and when I was doing this other supervisor was cracking jokes about me to clerk at front desk, completely unprofessional and worst customer experience I have ever had. Care nothing about customers. If a private business treated customers like this, and had their accountability they would be out of business in no time

Been trying to reach your office all day long. All I get is a busy signal. A package of mine was misdelivered and I get a message saying the address was incorrect. The person who sent it swears it was the correct address. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone because their stupid phones don't work. UGH! I am beyond frustraited

Phone consistently gives a busy signal. Most of all, I gave misleading and insufficient info. I sent a package to Europe and was told it had tracking and insurance since it was priority mail flat rate. Failed to tell me that you don't get tracking if it's an envelope or small box, and no insurance on packages under 4 lbs. Now the person said they never got the package (worth $250) and I discovered I have neither tracking nor insurance. Not cool
