We moved to Grand Ledge from Eagle and today our mail was neither picked up or delivered. This is the second time in one week that it has not been picked up or delivered. Both times happen to be a Monday. We are very disappointed in this service and never, ever had that issue in Eagle in the 32 years we lived there! I've tried several times to call and no answer. Not very good customer service!


My apologies. I was able to get in touch with the post office and they were able to locate our mail carrier and the mail is going to be delivered yet today even though it is now getting dark. Thank you for your hard work during this busy time of year.

Hello, I am trying to set up an appointment to apply for my husband's and my passport. No one answers the phone when I call. Is this an avenue to set an appointment? Please and thank you for any response.
