I live in Century Park. Our entrance in front of our community office was under construction (laying new pavement) which extended in front of our mailboxes. The tear up began on May 25th. Between the 1st and 7th it was laid. We have had sub delivery personnel delivering at our Park. One day a mail person marked my monthly Rent Check UNDELIVERABLE - WRONG ADDRESS. When researched at my bank, the delivery address WAS CORRECT. This lazy arse mail carrier was to lazy to get out of his/her truck and walk to the back of the mailbox (which is were they insert into the boxes), JUST BECAUSE he/she could not park the truck directly in front of the boxes! I am appalled that you would keep this type of employee on your staff, not to mention paying the wage!!! How utterly RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL was this particular action?? AND, the office personnel watched this happen. Because of this action, I personally received and non-payment legal document, had to track this through the bank plus write out another check and was charged a $50.00 late fee because of your carrier's actions!!! I am a Senior living on a fixed income and trust me, I am NOT a happy camper!!! PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE!! Thank you.
Our mailbox has our house number on it. Saturday 6 pieces of our mail was placed in our neighbors box. This has happened several times. I have talked with several neighbors are having the same problem.I hope this can be corrected.
Extremely rude staff. In dire need of customer service skills. The way that they interact with the public is a terrible way to represent the USPS. Will drive across town to another branch to get proper service.
