I understand that mail gets dropped. But when my mail was dropped today, instead of getting out of the vehicle and picking it up, the carrier just drove over it! Saw the USPS vehicle and went to retrieve my keys and walked to the mailbox to find torn, driven over, mail on the street. Really???? The mail actually had tire marks on it, I have pictures. This isn't the first time this has happened. Do you care that little?

Tracking stops at this Elkridge post office. So far, I have two packages coursed through this Post Office. One was promptly delivered. The other package remains undelivered 10 days after being tracked at Elkridge Post office. I had to contact the vendor regarding the undelivered package and professional enough to re-ship my order. However, i'm afraid it might be tracked again to this post office and get lost for the second time.

Mail pickup and delivery has been sporadic since the beginning of the year. Again, yesterday Feb. 22 we received no mail delivery/pickup in Ridge Forest (21076). Nothing is blocking our mailbox. I've called Elkridge post office three times in January. Help me understand.

I'm agreeing with previous posters about service. I plant to try calling tomorrow but do not have high hopes. I have a small package that DHL says they delivered to this post office 2/16. 5 days later there are no updates at all from this post office. I'm pretty upset and want my garden seeds. I'm not giving up. If someone stole it, they will prob be disappointed to see vegetable seeds.

I am waiting patiently for my package to arrive I bought an item on Dec. 31, 2016 and the tracking number has told me that my package is at this location however I have yet to receive it this is and has been very inconvenient for me I really just will be glad to get my item in the mail!!!!!!

Terrible service, carriers, phone support and managers. I was expecting a package that mysteriously vanished into thin air. Yet when I tracked said package it was supposedly delivered into a locked mailbox by the carrier. I never received this package to date. When I asked the carrier she stated "sometimes they scan packages into the system without them leaving the office." What? How? Why? I've made several attempts to contact the supervisor and was put on hold with no one ever taking my concern. Attempts to call back have been nullified by a busy signal all day long. The carriers are stealing packages and no one is doing anything about it. PS: this isn't the first time this has happened.

Service is horrible. People take zero pride in their work. They answer phones, care less how long you wait and then forget why you called to begin with. When inside the post office, i was waiting to speak to a manager and it took her over 20 minutes to come and speak to me. In the mean time, she was in the back laughing and carrying on conversation with her fellow employees. Its offices like this is why USPS has such a bad stereotype and people hate using their services. The original reason for me using them is they lost my package but yet scanned the tracking number to say it was delivered. How hard can your job really be...?

Service is fine as long as there are no delays due to weather. Some people don't understand that all they have to do is look up the map, find where their package is coming from and then search the estimated arrival time. Knowing the service area well, even if its a priority shipment the arrival time will be the same. Base your ordering on how the service area operates and your shipments will be on time. If you don't use that tactic with your ordering, then don't make high expectations. There many people that need to get packages just like you and a small delay in the shipping process can turn into a big halt in shipping arrival. Don't blame the company, blame the system. They service the entire untied states and with the rise of online ordering being the frequent mode of purchase, the fact that you get your shipment even 1 day or two is a miracle. Very great service, love the delivery service and the great customer service attitude.

I think your delivery system stinks . You won't leave packages like UPS or FEDX. I have food coming and don't know when mail lady is coming. And will take back to spoil.

I have no idea what I have to do. All of my mail return to sender since
May 2015 until today. I have not moved to any other location. My
address should not be changed because I have never said that it has
changed. Please tell me how to fix it!!!!!!!!
