Let me begin by saying I have interacted with several employees at this location and have experienced great customer service for over two years. I work within the area on National Business Parkway and I will no longer contribute any business to this location in Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. On the morning of 11/18/16 I was unpleasantly greeted by an ill-mannered employee Diana. Not only was she crude and condescending, but unwilling to help as well.I have never encountered such an unpleasant experience at any post office. With this woman as an employee ,she is an awful representation of any company, and ESPECIALLY for the United States Postal Service. USPS should be held to higher standards, after all they hold our nations name. This behavior is something similar to what you would expect at a fast food chain, not a global company. As a reputable agency, I'm sure you are concerned to know you have an employee that not only offends customers, but deters future business.
