We use this post office all the time and do not understand why it is closed permanently. It's a great branch that is an anchor of the Roland Park community. Please reopen it!

Although the Roland Park PO is closed will mail still be picked from mailboxes out front? Thanks.

Apparently there's never someone there to do passport services according to the worker...or they just don't feel like it and send you to another post office.

The older woman who works there is disrespectful to customers.

Today, I had an interaction with the older African-American woman with gray hair that works at the
Roland Park Post Office. This is my post office as I live and work in the
area. I wanted to send an insured package as cheaply as possible. Since I am a biology professor and not a
postal employee, I do not know the intricacies of postal package sending.
The best way that I can describe this woman is “Mirthless.” She was unfriendly and when I apologized for
being such a bother to her. She said, "You not bothering ME. You're JUST a customer; when you don't know
you gotta ask." I did not respond because I was shocked, and because
I do not disrespect my elders. There was another woman in line who starting laughing at this woman’s response to
me. I know that I was just a customer to her because that is how she made me feel from the outset. I am not just a
customer. I am a good and loyal customer as I use that post office almost
exclusively. When I left, I told her to have a wonderful rest of her day.
Perhaps, I’m being over sensitive
because the other women that work there are friendly and very knowledgeable.
This is the second unfriendly interaction that I have had with this woman. In the future, I may go to a more
customer-friendly post office.

I have been a customer for many years and have found that the USPO employees at Roland Park P.O. are often just barely civil when you ask a question or request help.
