I understand the plight of Carroll station post office... but not to get mail delivery in 3 weeks or daily... is not good..hopefully the supervisors is taking the initiative to help and deliver the mail where they’re falling short...

This is a complaint. Yesterday, 10/30/2019, the mail carrier dropped two pieces of my mail on my neighbors lawn. After raining all night, I found them soaked today. One envelope containing a credit card replacement and one envelope containing a AAA bill.
