I am very angry. A package was supposed to be delivered to my home today. All tracking information indicates that is was delivered. However, I believe the postal worker delivered it to the incorrect address. Someone needs to call me ASAP so we can figure out the location of my package.
I was told my apartment mailbox key would be $25; however when I went to the post office on Dec 5, 2018, to get my key I was told it would be $40.
I paid the $40 and was told they would call me when my key is ready to be picked up. I ask why I couldn't get it today since I paid for it today and I was told it needed to be made. I was also told that my mail carrier would bring my mail back to their office and I can come and pick my mail up at the post office on 1908 N. Ellamont St.
On Dec 20, 2018 I revisited the post office on the same address and was told the mail carrier has not brought my mail back to the office. (That is because she was nice enough to bring the excess mail to my home). I was also told that my mailbox key was still not ready. I explained that it had been 3 weeks, they said we will call you when it is ready. I was also told it was the mail carriers fault because she did not bring my mail back to their office.
NO IT IS YOUR FAULT BECAUSE YOU DID NOT MAKE MY MAILBOX KEY AND GIVE IT TO ME ON THE SAME DAY I PAID FOR THE SERVICE.
This is probably one of the worst post offices I have ever been to, when I walked in it was dirty, there was a fan on the floor with papers blowing everywhere, although the door was open apparently they were closed. I said Hello approximately 5 times and no one answered me, I could hear people loudly laughing in the back office but no one was at the front, then when I said, "Is anyone working today" someone finally yelled from the back, "We don't open until 10am" so although they heard me saying Hello, they purposely ignored me and did not respond. I will NEVER come back to this place of business and I will expose them on all of my social media outlets.
