The postmaster and carrier from my route sunset lane needs to be fired. I have lived here for 19 years and never had a problem until the last few months. My address has always been 120 Sunset Lane and because it is a duplex they changed it to 120 B and 120 A without any notice in June I find out that all my mail sent to 120 was being returned to sender. I found this out when I was waiting for a $6,000 check and inquired why I never received it and being told by the sender it was returned with a yellow sticker saying no receptacle. My mailbox is clearly marked with my name and number. Since this I found that my doctor appointments have been returned to sender and all my credit card bills ,which cost me $100.00 in late fees. My sister in law who was living with us went to post office to speak with postmaster Bill and was told he was on conference call and the lady at window took my number down and informed her he would call me after. Never received call! I then went ther myself the following week and he was on vacation, again I gave the girl my number and informed he would call me when he got back, never heard from him until I contacted the Postal Inspectors office in Boston. He informed me my address was 120B and if not addressed that way it would be returned to sender. I contacted everyone I could think of and had them change my address to 120B. A week later I am contacted by this postmaster and told my address isn't 120B but 120A. I have had enough and went to Shirley Post Office and bought a PO Box and informed them what has been happening. They could not believe it and knew all about Bill. They said he should have been disciplined by Boston and it should be up to Boston to correct this problem. What a difference dealing with Shirley the nicest people you could ask for! One last thing, we are still waiting for our tax check from last year I am sure that was sent back also. Oh yes I had my mail forwarded to Shirley and been receiving it for a week now and yesterday I had mail in my box up at the street. They can't even get the forward mail right!!

Lunenburg Ma mail delivery for Flat Hill rd area driving routes is terrible. The driver delivers packages very rarely will deliver packages if he needs to step out of mail truck and claims because of dogs which are not loose ever at the delivery time. When packages delivered are frequently in wrong mailbox.
