I just received 4/25/20 a envelope with a ripped envelope inside that was from our son and a gift had been enclosed. Someone at post office opened and stole items. Im beyond angry. Totally unacceptable.

On feb 26, I sent a letter return receipt from Weymouth to Hanover. It is now March 5 and still letter has not arrived to its destination. Tracking screen has last update of Feb 27. Where is my letter? This was important to me but I guess not you. Don’t use USPS for important mail. DON’T.

You delivered a cardboard tube containing an art print on Friday 7/7. It was raining. All day. Tube was left on front steps There's no covering. No one was home till late that night. Tube and print were quite wet. Given the rain WHY was it not put in a plastic bag or inside my storm door???? Please reply Marybeth Joyce 42 Curtis Road
