On Wednesday March 13, I took 2 St. Patrick Day Cards inside Pembroke Center Post Office. I needed to add an extra stamp to the envelops because they was a little bulky due to the 2 lollipops in each card. The clerk stamped the envelops for me so they wouldn't go through the processing procedure like a flat envelope. Both addresses the cards were to be sent to, did not receive them as yet. They should have arrived by Sunday 3/17. It is now Friday 3/22.

Went to join the post office for the benefits and heard great opportunities. Stationed in Pembroke, deterred me from staying and I left! Wasn't the overwhelming parcels or mail. It was how upper management treated their employees. Forget about the post master- he did favoritism. Most horrible and miserable ppl I have ever dealt with in the work force..

Jan 9 my grandson Michael goodfellow got notified by usps that his package had been left in the office where we live in pembroke woods - he’s been to the office every single day looking for it! Today, Jan 18 a neighbor found it sitting outside, on the top of a building’s mailbox 3 buildings away from us! WTH?

I mailed a letter through Kingston PO certified mail return receipt and after not receiving the receipt back signed for weeks i went to Kingston PO and the manager there told me that this certified mail was "being hung up at post office in pembroke for scanning"! Really, it went certified because it was time sensitive. as of 10/28 still no receipt that it was delivered UNACCEPTABLE!

I am surprised at the negative reviews below. I have had a post office box at this location for two decades. Have there been the occasional mistake - sure - but given the bulk of items that run through this facility this is to be expected. The staff there are always friendly and frequently offer to carry out packages to my car. Some appreciation should be showed to the work they do and the fact that they provided a vital service during the pandemic when I suspect many of us were staying at home.

I mailed an important package for my housing assistance over ten days ago, it's one town over and they still haven't received it so what is happening with the mail? I brought it directly to the post office for the appropriate postage

10/2020 I was quite taken aback that none of the postal workers wore mask at this office. Beware.... not safe Has happened on numerous occasions.

I’m at 15 Dean Drive, Pembroke The grocery store flyers have not been put in my box this week.i count on them to plan a food order. This is the first time in ages where I was passed by. I tried to call and have them sent out on Friday, but I can’t get through on the phone line. Thanks

Worst place to go into. Every time I go in there to get my mail I walk out with more problems. Constantly sending my mail and packages back to sender. Would have better service if my mail was delivered by a pigeon.

Said they delivered Amazon package to front door on Sunday. I was in the front yard all day. There was no delivery. This is the third time I have gone thru this. Never had this issue with UPS.

Worst post office ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is why the post office needs to be privatized.
