I see by reading other reviews that nothing has changed. So I will add my complaint. I get mail haphazardly. Sometimes my neighbors get my mail and give it to me. I have a package delivered yesterday, but I don’t know where the mail person delivered it to because I didn’t get it. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s a shame that I have to depend on the honesty of my neighbors to make sure I get my packages and other mail. This is wrong. Why is the post office so unreliable? I know no one will probably read this and nothing will be done about it. But I can’t seem to find a phone number to contact a live person. I think with all the complaints there is probably a reason for that. No one wants to listen or cares!!

I am getting sick and tired of getting other peoples mail and not mine. I have order my kids school pictures twice and haven't got them. I have order some other things and haven't got them. Not even my bills. But day in hell. I get every other person mail. I have called so many times for you all to fix this issues but it keeps happening. Even my mail lock is broken. I hate living in apartments more than anything. But one thing can come out living here is getting my stuff.

a package was supposed to be delivered on june 26,2021 to 715 brook park drive.every time dave is off or on vacation, i fail to get my packages the compter says it was delivered to my mailbox, but it did not come here and there was no address where the mailman really left it. i think its time to change the laws and make you liable for lost packages. i paid for that package and an office printer that i never got.
