I applied for the Key to my mailbox address almost 4 months ago and made the required payment. I was told that I would get it in three months. To date, the Key has not been issued. I keep following for documents to the post office and some are not delivered. I keep on missing important information. What do I do? I am just disappointed!!! Can somebody give guidance on how long it takes for the mailbox key to be issued!!

I had been chasing up my parcel I had sent via post from australia , I later found out that I had been a victim of a scam. I spent hours and weeks trying to intercept the parcel. It had arrived at Sanfrancisco USPS dispatch centre , I contacted the customer service line, spoke to a couple of people on separate occasions, one was able to put in a case through the system directed to Indianapolis Postal office, I than contacted Indianapolis when it had opened again , time zones are different, so it was 10pm here in Sydney, spoke with a worker there named Briana, telling her what has happened and what my intentions were she gave me information on how to make a claim online to intercept a parcel, she told me to call her back if I had any problems, I was not successful online to start a intercept claim as it was deemed ineligible, I called her back.. she told me that she was about to call me back to tell me the good news that the parcel had arrived moments ago and that she will send it back to me. I was in complete shock but I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders.. she went above and beyond for me, and she was such a well mannered and kind person to me over the phone. I couldn't thank her enough for what she had done for me. This is the least I could do to show her how grateful I am of her. Amazing woman she is, she saved me, she helped me win against the scammer !! Now I can relax and await for my item to be returned back to me. Thankyou Briana .. you are my angel x God bless you !!
