My box LE527118885GB was sent to Hinckley, IL 60520, and lucky for me was forwarded to Shabbona, IL 60550. The other box LE527118877GB was sent to DeMoines, IA 50395, and is still there. WHY? When will I receive my other box?

Tracking show my package “Arrived” at Fox Valley Distribution Center @5:37pm on Sept. 15, 2021. On Sept. 19, 2021 it was “In Transit to Next Facility”. On Sept. 22, 2021 it “Arrived” at USPS Regional Facility Northwest Rochester NY Dist. Ctr. @2:24am and “Departed” from there @6:11am! Why did my package sit at FV for 4 days and then be missent to New York? Your delivery service has reached rock bottom! I need my package!! The Managers, Supervisors & Employees are still receiving good paychecks and therefore should be managing & providing the delivery service you were hired to perform and what the customers expect & trust you will do.
I have been waiting on a package that has been sitting at this post office for over 6 weeks and no one seems to be around to do anything? After ready these reviews that is clear. I have never had this kind of issue with a USPS facility but I assumed when you pay for first class postage that it will actually be sent to its final location.
Where is my package? Tracking # 9400136202031310403572. This package arrived at your PO on November 17, 2020. When I check the status, it says pending. Really, pending for 7 weeks? What is the problem? I live in northeast MO so it doesn’t have to travel very far. I look forward to receiving my package soon. By the way I did pay postage on this item.
I wanted to check if you send a priority flat rate mail if this has an extended delay of over a week. can we request a refund on the cost for the shipping cost. I mailed in on 12/17/20 was give delivery 12/21/20 but as of 12/26/20 it has not been delivered.
