The "post master" as she claimed to be, was extremely rude to me over the phone when I called to get information regarding my package. I failed to obtain her name, however, she failed to communicate in a customer friendly manner and she hung the phone up on me as I was asking questions. Terrible customer service, and the employees working under her followed suit and hung the phone up on me when I asked to speak to the post master.
