I have informed delivery and still not getting all my mail and sometimes don't get till 7 pm this is not cool now because of postal service not reaching my mail for courts or anything something needs to be done

I am extremely mad. The mail delivery guys literally threw my package against my front door not caring one bit. I have the video. I am extremely mad because I often leave water outside for them on hot days. This is unacceptable.

This post office retail hours are not until 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday they actually close at 3:30 p.m., which is much to "Early" for the working class in this community. And then unfortunately, they also close at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The worst part about this is if you live in a specific part of Hammond all of your special mailing must go to this location, which is never really available. Do Something!!!!!!!

Been calling both Post office for One hour Can’t get any body to answer after 6 or 7 rings it goes to a busy signal. Sometimes In other days When by chance and that’s a big chance . They put you on hold and I always time then after 15 min. I hang up most of the time I have to go in person to get what I need to do, which I know it could of been taking care of over the phone. I have complain in their office , nothing. I try not to deal anything to do with post office or though mail sorry you need to improve your service.

in the last couple of months we had several different mail carriers, as of last month we had a female carrier whom delivers mail late, after 6pm and as late as 8pm, older people prefer to get their mail in daytime hours, not only that we are concerned about her safety delivering mail at night time, this was a discussion between neighbors and me.

Mail is never delivered on time I have received mail at 8 pm, what is going on I would like to get my mail before bed time, it comes at all different times, 3,4,5,6,7, and 8oclock, I get other people mail, I wonder do others get mine, this is crazy

My mail was delivered to neighbor who opened it up, now she knows my home phone, cell and work phone, my social security #, the amount my daughter gets for a social security check, my gross income and much more. THANKS USPS!!!! How can this happen, sorted by machine, delivered by person, where is there quality control. The neighbor did deliver it to my home after opening it and reading it. Perhaps you should hire her, she delivered it to the correct address!!!!!!
