I stopped our mail by filling out the forms at the west side annex. I stated on the form I would pick up my mail on Mar. 18th. When I went there this morning, my mail was NOT there and the lady stated that the carrier had picked it up..This has happened to me previously. Why are we filling out forms for delivery service if they are going to be ignored?? 0ur carrier is on Saint Anne Drive. We deserve better service. Please review this and correct the problem.

I stopped in the annex on Friday February 5th 2021 and requested to get assigned a mail box key since I just moved to 2141 bald eagle court Dubuque, iowa 52001 and have not heard back yet. I need a mail box to be able to forward my mail to my new address and stop it at the apartment I moved from please respond thanks
