I pit a letter out to be picked up last Friday! Ot wasn’t picked up Friday nor Saturday! Don’t you pick up people’s mail from their mail box anymore?

I have been having an issue with my Telegragh Herald being delivered. I live at 736 University Apt 4 . I have waited as long as 2 days to get a newspaper and sometimes it is,at 8:00 at night. I talked to the T H and they said it is a problem with the post office. I know you are busy but when people pay for things and do not get them is not right. Thank you Gary Wernimont

Im disappointed .My neice moved to another place in Dubuque and she gave them her change of address. Little did she know that she only gets bits and pieces of mail. I mailed her Christmas card to the right place it got returned. I had a package mailed out to her today and im afraid it will get returned. Her stuff had the right address but the postal worker is struggling to leave them for some unknowen reason. hi, i live at 3980 central ave and our mail box got knocked over 2 weeks ago and they have not fixed it yet and i have not recieved any mail since then, i have been waiting on some important mail but i have not got any mail for over 2 weeks ,i would like to know when they are fixing the mail box and when iam getting my mail, thanks........

I want to thank the lady postal worker who has the route on the hill near Arby’s and Broad St. I was unable to get to hwy 52 south. She took the time to give me exact and easy directions. My mission was accomplished thanks to her!

Someone should remind the carriers that loudly and rapidly knocking on the window of someone's home for no reason is not ok. The carrier out here at Super 20 used to be a wonderful woman but now it's an older man. He's unpleasant at the best times. Still, I wasn't going to complain because his job is delivering mail, not kindness. However, after what I just witnessed I am very upset. Our mail is kept up at the main building. He has no reason to come up and pound on my window before driving away. If you want my attention try knocking on the door next time and leave a note with a reason why.

I live at 522 east 22nd street in Dubuque iowa, we use to get our mail early like between 1:30 and 3, it don't come now tell 4:30 to 4:45. Just like yesterday I didn't see our mailman at all. So I don't know what's up?

We love our mailman. Very prompt, reliable and nice. The dogs actually love him too. They know exactly when he's here.
