Mailed a package from Naperville,IL to Clive, IA 50325 on 3/21/2017 tracking no 13161940000032795135 The package was mistakenly sent from Des Moines to Coralville IA because the worker at the Post Office in Des Moines sent it to the wrong C, Coralville instead of Clive. Clive is a suburb of Des Moines. Now the tracking shows the package is on route to cedar rapids as the destination. What is going on, can't the people at the post office read the name of the destination town plainly printed in English? The package is insured and when I called Coralville I was told that the package was mis-delivered to their location and is being redirected to Clive, Ia. But the tracking shows the package being mis-directed again to Cedar Rapids. I would like to know when I can expect the package to reach Clive, IA 50325 if that is not too much to ask

Lost Mailings: My November 2016 mortgage payment to Hills Bank, Hills, Iowa, mailed on October 24, 2016, was never received by Hills Bank. I called and had them make another payment from my checking account on October 3rd. I've also sent several birthday cards, plus a sympathy card that never reached the intended recipients. These mailings were all made at the Lindale Mall Postal Service inside mailbox. What's the problem here? Any other reports of "lost mailings"? I'm really concerned.....
