Terrible customer service. I went yesterday, there were two ladies working (black, older) and they were working extremely slow meanwhile the line was out of the door. They were also wasting people's time by joking around with customers that they knew. Sorry..but that is NOT appropriate when you've got people waiting for over 15-20 minutes. Most people just have a few minutes to spare and aren't trying to spend all afternoon in the post office. The lady I assume to be the manager was counting stamps instead of helping..ridiculous. The "manager" would periodically ask if someone needed to pick up a package/had a question but besides that did nothing else. I noticed too that she rolled her eyes and spoke in a blunt manner to anyone with a question. I have been to this post office and there is an Asian man (his name is Julio I believe) and a white lady (her name is Kim I believe)- they are wonderful. They're kind, intelligent, and fast.
I was with you on every thing you described until you threw out race. The white lady you're talking about attitude is just as bad as the black women you was talking about. I went in there one Saturday morning and to ship out an package and one of the black women gave me the tape gun to use with no problem, but when it ran out of tape i went up to the counter where the white lady was because the black lady had went to the back. First she act like she didn't see me standing there clearly after I said excuse me do you have any more tape, then finally she look at me with a nasty attitude and pointed at the tape that was for sale and said if you want more tape you got to buy it. I put down the bubble wrap and box I was about to buy and walk out, so any giving day don't matter what their race is they can still have an attitude.
