They loose and misdeliver mail and when we went to complain they were rude, aggressive, and kept interrupting us. No manager would talk to us even when we repeatedly asked to speak to one. They simply don't care.

My tracking number shows a 47" dog ramp delivered on Saturday 6/10 at the mailboxes-no way will the box fit into a small square mailbox. We consistently have lost mail in this neighborhood or delivered in the wrong community mailboxes.

STOP LEAVING THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK! Been trying to call for SIX MONTHS and the phone is CONSISTENTLY AND CONSTANTLY OFF THE HOOK! Was told it was because “they don’t like answering the phone” by postal employee

My mail and packages keep being delivered in a different subdivision or in my next door neighbor’s house. Even today, I received other people’s mail and bills in my mailbox and my neighbor had my mail. At least twice a month we have to deal with gross incompetence from USPS. WORST ORGINIZATION IN AMERICA... 25 years and I have contacted the P.O. over 200 times about NON DELIVERY, DELIVERY TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and NO ONE cares. 25 years... I have contacted my senators and reps, I have a letter from Washington DC post master generals dated 15 years ago stating the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS I AM STILL HAVING WITH YOUR STAFF. I THOUGHT INTENTIONAL MISHANDLING OF THE MAIL WAS A FELONY...

It is becoming a regular occurance to find my packages and mail sitting in the middle of my driveway. Today two deliveries in different spots of the drive and wet. If you are too lazy to get out of the truck and go to the porch, find another line of work. Totally unsatisfactory. This is why USPS has a hard time staying a float.

How do I reach a supervisor? Who is responsible for these people? Is everyone in this office incompetent? If I go online to request a mail hold, I should be able to trust that it will be done! Not go in to pick up my mail a week later to be told 'there's nothing here for you', when I KNOW there should be! Then to be told the driver probably didn't get my request...over a week later?? And that's acceptable?? The service here is beyond deplorable!!!

The mail carrier is to stupid to read the address on each letter, not the first time on going 6 months now the people who has received my mail don’t know where any of it is. If you’re to lazy to do your job or can’t do your job you need to get a job with the government like the rest of them.

Unfortunately we have been getting neighbors mail in our mailbox and neighbors have been receiving our mail all over the neighborhood! Is there something we can do to make sure we receive our mail the first time??? Our house number is clearly posted in several places!

Why do carriers LIE.....I sit there and watch them never get out of the truck but can fill out a card saying" sorry we missed you while you were out".... they never even try to deliver the item, because they are too lazy to get their fat ass out of the truck and try...I hate to be LIED to so why give the job to someone who wants it......

my package 9274890246915300314272 I did not received. The post lady that delivers here often deliver my package to 2305 on occasion and had delivered 2205 Mint Julep to 2305. I went to their house and do not have my package. Please tell me where my package is.

It seems for the past year our mail has been delivered at the end of the day. I have been at this address for 20 years and we used to get mail early in the day. Is there any way of switching up delivery times with other areas so we are not always getting our mail at 5pm and sometimes later. Seems the fair way to do it. Thank you for your consideration.

I have a package sitting in Lawrenceville GA for a month now. The Postmaster General should look into this and find out what is going on. This is the second time this has happened going through the same location. It's obviously poor management from the top to the bottom at this place!

I am still waiting on a Christmas gift mailed from MA. to Hartwell, GA before Christmas! Tracing service says it has been in Lawrenceville since Dec. 26th. Here it is almost New Years and still no package! WHY???????

2nd time my mail has gone missing. 1st time they claim to have accidentally dropped my daughters back to school clothes ordered from J. CREW to another house. The 2nd is gift cards. Why? Just in the last year my packages have gone missing with no attempt to find them. I'm shocked.

This is , by far, the worst post office on the planet. I have never in my life experienced business people of any sort flat out lying to me with such cheeriness. Sunday I had two packages from Amazon due to be delivered for my granddaughters 16 birthday party. I live on XXXX Blvd and they delivered them to XXXX Parkway. really? I get 3 to 4 packages a week. Really. If that was not bad enough I was told the next morning by Sally that she was so very sorry . She promised me she would send someone out to retrieve them and redeliver as based on the tracking numbers they were dropped off at the porch of that wrong address. She promised to call me by 6 pm Monday. I called at 6:15 and was told by Candy (who said she was the station master) that Sally went home for the day at 5 pm and would be back Wednesday . Flat out lie from Sally in regard to calling me back. Candy apologized up and down and seemed like such a nice person . She said she sent someone out to retrieve the package and would phone or text me when it would be delivered. 7 pm Monday rolled around - nothing , nada , zip. My son said he would just freaking drive there and pickup the packages. But of course, it was a gated community . So no joy there. I called Amazon who gave me a full refund in less than an hour. Note this you incompetent post office people : Post office 2 days and lies.. Amazon 1 hour and money back. I reordered my items and although this was a Post office goofiness .. amazon gave me free extra month of prime membership for my trouble. Hopefully the new package will arrive. Ya know people make mistakes .. blvd/parkway.... tomato tomodo .. but why lie about helping me for goodness sake and keep me waiting .> If they told me the truth right on Monday Am I would have gotten amazon to refund sooner and reorderd sooner. I am still ok for my granddaughters birthday by a margin of one or two days. But Sally and Candy you guys along with the criminal that kept a package that does not belong to them are really not making any friends here. Please look up the definition of BS , truth , and customer service. Tell people the truth .. period.

Tracking for YSL and Kenzo Shoes EA182749419CN 770-237-8283 I called this location and the lady who answered the phone has to be the rudest government employee ever to speak with...She answered the phone as if she was mad she had to work today. As I began to speak she rudely interjects and says "hold"...When she comes back to the phone after eight minutes of holding, I began to explain my situation, she interrupts me and tells me the package is out on delivery. I told her it wasn't and if she could please look up my tracking number so I can provide clarity to my situation. As she breathed hard into the phone, I proceeded to say the only reason why I'm calling this location is because I was told by another location to contact this office. She then said proceed...As I told her the tracking number, she misconstrued the numbers and said that's not a valid number. I provided the tracking number again and she said my package was returned back to the sender although it was delivered to the post office today. She is by far the rudest post office employee I have ever dealt with in my thirty years of living. If her supervisor reads this they need to immediately remove her from the phone or get her some customer service training.

Constantly getting other folks mail...which I forward. Although now I am missing bank statements. ONLY bank mail. This is a BIG problem. I miss the guy who retired that used to bring the mail in the 90s & early 20s. He was accurate , personable and professional. I called the Patterson Road office and complained....lets see what happens.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a post office location. They are constantly putting mail that does not belong to us in our mailbox and have placed our mail (important and confidential documents) in other mail boxes. They are extremely unreliable and makes me uneasy if I know something important is supposed to be mailed via USPS.

I have recently filed a complaint as the carrier was stuffing our mailbox wiith packages as well as the other mail and it was causing our mail to be torn. The supervisor at this branch said it would be addressed and would not happen again. However yesterday the carrier stuffed the mailbox with a package on top of the mail tearing the mail items. The package was even marked as FRAGILE yet the package was folded and stuffed in the mailbox. I paid extra last week for a DO NOT BEND package to be sent north and when it arrived it as bent in half. And the postal service wonders why it is losing money.

Terrible sevice my package since December 28 up until January 5th  was held in this facility for 8 days. I've been tracking my package and now is still in GA. Now its in Atlanta It looks to me as if my box got lost within the post office and was just found totally rediculous! This package was sent from within the US. It"s going on three weeks waiting to receive it if your trying to figure out what it is I'll tell you a cord that you connect to my laptop with a dvd disk! Satisfied! Cause I'm not!
