This is , by far, the worst post office on the planet. I have never in my life experienced business people of any sort flat out lying to me with such cheeriness. Sunday I had two packages from Amazon due to be delivered for my granddaughters 16 birthday party. I live on XXXX Blvd and they delivered them to XXXX Parkway. really? I get 3 to 4 packages a week. Really. If that was not bad enough I was told the next morning by Sally that she was so very sorry . She promised me she would send someone out to retrieve them and redeliver as based on the tracking numbers they were dropped off at the porch of that wrong address. She promised to call me by 6 pm Monday. I called at 6:15 and was told by Candy (who said she was the station master) that Sally went home for the day at 5 pm and would be back Wednesday . Flat out lie from Sally in regard to calling me back. Candy apologized up and down and seemed like such a nice person . She said she sent someone out to retrieve the package and would phone or text me when it would be delivered. 7 pm Monday rolled around - nothing , nada , zip. My son said he would just freaking drive there and pickup the packages. But of course, it was a gated community . So no joy there. I called Amazon who gave me a full refund in less than an hour. Note this you incompetent post office people : Post office 2 days and lies.. Amazon 1 hour and money back. I reordered my items and although this was a Post office goofiness .. amazon gave me free extra month of prime membership for my trouble. Hopefully the new package will arrive. Ya know people make mistakes .. blvd/parkway.... tomato tomodo .. but why lie about helping me for goodness sake and keep me waiting .> If they told me the truth right on Monday Am I would have gotten amazon to refund sooner and reorderd sooner. I am still ok for my granddaughters birthday by a margin of one or two days. But Sally and Candy you guys along with the criminal that kept a package that does not belong to them are really not making any friends here. Please look up the definition of BS , truth , and customer service. Tell people the truth .. period.
Tracking for YSL and Kenzo Shoes
I called this location and the lady who answered the phone has to be the rudest government employee ever to speak with...She answered the phone as if she was mad she had to work today. As I began to speak she rudely interjects and says "hold"...When she comes back to the phone after eight minutes of holding, I began to explain my situation, she interrupts me and tells me the package is out on delivery. I told her it wasn't and if she could please look up my tracking number so I can provide clarity to my situation. As she breathed hard into the phone, I proceeded to say the only reason why I'm calling this location is because I was told by another location to contact this office. She then said proceed...As I told her the tracking number, she misconstrued the numbers and said that's not a valid number. I provided the tracking number again and she said my package was returned back to the sender although it was delivered to the post office today. She is by far the rudest post office employee I have ever dealt with in my thirty years of living. If her supervisor reads this they need to immediately remove her from the phone or get her some customer service training.

Constantly getting other folks mail...which I forward. Although now I am missing bank statements. ONLY bank mail. This is a BIG problem. I miss the guy who retired that used to bring the mail in the 90s & early 20s. He was accurate , personable and professional. I called the Patterson Road office and complained....lets see what happens.
This is by far the worst experience I have had with a post office location. They are constantly putting mail that does not belong to us in our mailbox and have placed our mail (important and confidential documents) in other mail boxes. They are extremely unreliable and makes me uneasy if I know something important is supposed to be mailed via USPS.
I have recently filed a complaint as the carrier was stuffing our mailbox wiith packages as well as the other mail and it was causing our mail to be torn. The supervisor at this branch said it would be addressed and would not happen again. However yesterday the carrier stuffed the mailbox with a package on top of the mail tearing the mail items. The package was even marked as FRAGILE yet the package was folded and stuffed in the mailbox. I paid extra last week for a DO NOT BEND package to be sent north and when it arrived it as bent in half. And the postal service wonders why it is losing money.
Terrible sevice my package since December 28 up until January 5th was held in this facility for 8 days. I've been tracking my package and now is still in GA. Now its in Atlanta It looks to me as if my box got lost within the post office and was just found totally rediculous! This package was sent from within the US. It"s going on three weeks waiting to receive it if your trying to figure out what it is I'll tell you a cord that you connect to my laptop with a dvd disk! Satisfied! Cause I'm not!
