USPS Priority mail package was mailed by me to the IRS in Atlanta on 11/05/2021 which arrived at your USPS facility on 11/09/2021 tracking No. 9405503699300052555465. You keep sending me messages stating this package is on its way but will arrive later. Atlanta USPS has held these time sensitive legal documents for a week 11-09-2021 until 11-16-2021 without delivery. I have reported this matter to our U.S. Senator requesting help and I will file a complaint under 18 U.S. Code Sec 241 to the U.S. Attorney General if you continue to cause our family intentional harm with discrimination.

We use a printed paid return envelope for our clients. We have had several lately that have gone beck to the return address of the client saying undeliverable. Any reason why??

4/13/21: this is the second day in a row that the post office at Crown Road is locked shut during what are supposed to be regular office hours. No note about the reason for the closure or when it will be open; just a locked door. It is also now the third time in the last two weeks I have faced a locked door during regular post office opening hours. Seems like post office management is going out of its way to drive customers to UPS or FedX.

On 1-11-21 I left a UPS package at the Mountain Park (Stone Mtn,GA) PO. Clerk at PO says UPS picks up from them almost every day. (My vendor's instruction: Drop off your package at any US Post Office.) I did and it has apparently disappeared. I check UPS tracking almost every day and it still shows as not received. Clerk checked "upstairs" and did not find package. I called the Mtn Pk PO to see if I could get someone to do a thorough search. Phone rang for about 5 minutes. No one ever answered. We're looking for a $500 laptop computer. Please and thank you.

Im from Fremont County Wyoming I sent a rather large package about a week ago according to the guy I sent my plackage to he tracked my package to youre central post office in Atlanta apparently. You claim the senders address was not valid, BULL I checked with this guy and this address is correct: 21 Watts PL S Blairsville, GA 30512 Then one of youre workers refused my package, ripped the senders address off my box and sent it back to me in Wyoming. I dont know what kind of retards you have working there but this address was the correct one, come on get your act together. Youre lucky I can get a refund from my local Wyoming post office. Youre workers were also very rough on my package, damaged one of the corners of the box, luckily I used stout packing materials and the contents were not harmed. I felt your post office could have done more to verify the above address, dont bother now I got my package back and the contents survived. I will never in a thousand years ever use the Atlanta post office again your workers are lazy and they did not handle my package correctly. I give youre post office a thumbs down, Terrible service and troglogites who dont know how to do anything correctly. Im ticked because this almost put me out $19.00, wasted my time now I have to resend my package but it wont be thru you anymore!!!!!!!!

I’m having work done on my home, whereas last Friday, December 18th, our Postal Driver drove up to my driveway and handed one of the workers, a stranger, my mail to place in my mailbox and drove on down the street. I have this on my driveway camera and will be reporting this to the Postmaster or the News. This is unacceptable, I’ve tried to call but doesn’t get an answer...

I like to report about the Post Office Civic Center branch location at 570 Piedmont Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308. Why is that location's outside the building is such a big eyesore most of the time with trash all around on the premises with the constant loitering, soliciting, and panhandling by shady individuals, it is unlawful in Metro Atlanta, GA.doing those acts. I can't be the only regular customer at that branch not wanting to be disturbed, feeling extremely uncomfortable when entering the parking lot, and seeing questionable people around the entrance doing what they do. Please let me know asap if this location to be closed because I get the impression your Main Branch Headquarters either don't care or just forgot about this location and really should be having monthly inside/outside inspections, why because of its location being in a prime heavy foot traffic area. I've been a P.O.Box rental customer at that branch for over 20 years, because it's close/convenient to my downtown Jobsite for over 20 years. A very concerned customer.

Paid twice for a change of address,on line....never received confirmation but money was taken out of my account

Your Service is awful known one knows anything. Paid for three- day delivery it took six days. Second time mailed out as certified in transit for 12 days also the phone that's a joke.

I am very disappointed in our United States postal service!!!! My mother overnighted a package on 7/31/17 and I am still waiting on my package it is 8/1/17 4:40pm. She paid her hard earned money to overnight the package that is very ergent at this time!!
