I need to speak to someone at Southgate Station in Sarasota, FL. I am a cancer patient and need assistance by phone. I find it very frustrating that no matter what time of day I call no one answers and then the phone just stops ringing. I would appreciate a phone call to tell me how to get through to someone. My number is 941-356-4724.

Very Confused. I went to the counter to purchase 100 Canadian Stamps. The Teller returned with 10 sheets of 10 but told me I could only purchase 60 stamps. When I asked why? I was told someone else may want some. Seriously??? I was then offer the option of completing my 100 stamp request buy purchasing a variety of stamps which would equal the same. Again, SERIOUSLY!! Why would that second option apply to the other customers. Very strange experience, they appear to be hoarding stamps.

I am very upset with my recent experience. I have a package that is supposed to be delivered to me. Now I know where the package is and I want to pick it up. The lady there is telling me that she won't give it to me. Her words, "We are a delivery service. We do not allow that". I almost always pick up my packages before they are delivered to my home so I know it is just her being lazy. She doesn't want to take the time to find my package. My boyfriend works for UPS and they put customers first! This is crap! I'm very upset!
