I went to Perdido Pack and Ship LLC Monday 8/26/19 and paid $33.21 for mail sent USPS Priority Mail Express (one day delivery). On Tuesday 8/27/19 I went to Perdido Pack and Ship LLC as tracking indicated it was still there. On Tuesday 8/27/19 Perdido Pack and Ship LLC indicated my mail was sent to Warringon Post Office Monday afternoon 8/26/18. On Tuesday 8/27/19 the Warrinton Post Office indicated my package was at their site. On 8/28/18 USPS tracking states my mail is still at Perdido Pack and Ship LLC.. I am very upset about this as I paid good money to have my mail delivered by USPS Priority Mail Express on Monday 8/26/19 and on Wednesday 8/28/19 it is indicated in USPS tracking that my mail is still at Perdido Pack and Ship LLC.
First thing, if you call the 1-800 number NO ONE will answer BUT.......if you call the 850-458-1602, you have a better chance of someone answering. I learned the hard way (2 hrs of being on hold).
p.s. my mail woman is too lazy to close my mailbox door. So when I get mail, especially very important mail such as tax papers and checks, it gets wet from the rain!!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!
This is crazy! I let it ring 20 (!) times the first time I called, then I read these comments and tried again. I agree--I've NEVER worked a job where SOMEONE doesn't eventually answer a ringing phone. P.S. We have the DUMBest mail carrier ever--originally she started making her own personal road on our grass from our mail box to the neighbors (too lazy to drive on the STREET--you know, where you and I drive), and when she can't cram a package into the mailbox and has to walk to the porch (so exhausting!) she ALWAYS leaves the package in FRONT of the door so we can't open it!! Does she NOT live in a house with doors? Evidently NOT. Thanks for letting me vent--evidently I'll never be able to notify the post office unless I go in there--something I rank right up there with going to the dentist.
