My mailman has been extremely rude to us, he is inconsiderate and there have been many instances where he doesn't deliver the mail, like today. He delivers mail for people that don't live here even though we have clearly marked who is to get mail here. I think he really hates his job but that's not an excuse to take it out on other people's mail. I am highly disappointed in the service and I am also certain no one is going to care about my complaint.
The phone always is busy and they are reluctant to give a phone number at the branch. My mail has been missing even though it said it was delivered by USPS with tracking number. Not the service i come to expect. :
The phone at this location is busy ALL day. I would like to make an appointment for a passport. It is very inconvenient to have to make a trip for something that can simply be done over the phone. Please address this issue. Thanks
This is twice i have not received items I bought and paid for. Its over $100 now. I get other peoples mail and I am sure they get mine. The tracking no. says delivered but not to me.I am disgusted with our mail people.

This office has a mail carrier who delivers mail to the wrong house number . I had ordered a item which had tracking on it and it showed the item was delivered to the wrong house. Even tho the post office had the scanned evidence that they made the mistake , I had to take the lost. It caused me stress and the embarrassing situation that I had opened a dispute case with the seller thinking they had made an error. The manager wanted me to fill out forms that I feel was useless because the tracking clearly shows it went to the wrong house.
I had to call the manager several times and till today no follow up has been giving.
Getting a person to answer the phone is impossible, it always RINGS BUZY. The worse service I have ever seen in such a delicate job. Mail IS A FEDERAL ITEM SHOULD BE HANDLED JUST LIKE MONEY BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TRAVELS WITHIN THE USPS AND THEY SHOULD BE TERMINATED FOR SUCH AN ERROR. Take your business to another location and DO NOT RISK HAVING YOUR PACKAGES MIS DELIVERED. THIS HAPPENED ON CYBER MONDAY TO MAKE IT WORSE AND IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT THAT THEY MIS DELIVERED.
I noticed on Monday, July 13...the mail clerk cashier lady saw that there was 3 customers in line and was about to help the other male cashier. The boss came to her to come her she pointed to the customers he said never mind and come and she listened to the boss man. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! :(
