We are in our 70's and have a shared group of boxes. We are getting very frustrated when the carrier consistently opens the back, shoves in a package that is too large for us to bring out the front. My husband, once again, had to use a knife to cut the box out of our box in order to get that and other mail. How many times do we have to ask that to stop? I am about to file a complaint with the FL Post Office General. I called our own office today and was basically brushed off. He said he would pass on the info. but how do you do that without taking down our address? This is just not fair to our neighborhood. One more time and I file a complaint - might do it anyway because we are tired of this treatment.
About a week ago, the carrier left a note that I had a package. I asked the staff here about it. And the package, could not be found. Not sure, if this was a mistake.
I have spoken to our mail carrier a couple of times about making sure the lid to the mail box is closed. I know we have had a lot of rain lately but the mail I received from the weekend is horrible. The ink has run and some of it I cannot read. Please ask your mail carrier for 4755 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park 32792 ensure the lid is closed.

Service in this area is terrible. Once again today my mail was not picked up. There were bills that had to go out today!!! This is not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last!
Our Winter Park home delivery is very spotty. The carrier comes at very inconsistent hours. We get delivery from 2:00-4:30 on any given day. Today, I am waiting for a letter that I hoped to get signed, scanned and emailed back to a client by 3:00. It's 3:24 and there is no sign of our mail. I don't understand how a daily transaction can be so inconsistent. this was not the case in our previous service areas.
