we have been having issues for several month know packages are been returned Couse address is not found that's bullshit ,my letters are not being delivered to my home are being left anywhere but my home , i have complained by phone by email I've gone personally this is ridiculous i see im not the only one having these issues you guys need to step up and do something about it ........ we have a different mail man daily WTF IS GOING ON

Bad service I been calling this office None one answer the phone!

Just In case anyone is actually reading these customer service issues then make some changes or take this option off your web site. And why r u asking for personal information U all apparently are not listening to anyone of your customers comments or concerns anyway. I have read several complains regarding this particular branch for a while now yet no changes have been made. This is ridiculous if u really care about all of your customers that have supported u all these years then address these concerns. Show your appreciation for your customers loyalty to this particular branch.

This has got to be the worst post office, the take their phone off the hung so the public don't call them. The don't answer your calls, the carriers are super lazy and like to damage your property. Man I wish the would fire everyone and hire new employee who cares about the community they service.

Very disappointed with postal service today. 6/22/2020 live in miami gardens, florida. 33054 We did not see or get mail today no explanation as to why there were no Mail carrier today to deliver mail

I recently came to the branch off 37ave & 186 street to pickup my mail from my P O BOX. I was told that I had to wait in line to pick up my packages that I had yellow slips in my box letting me know that I had a pick up. This is very upsetting because I had food in my trunk and wouldn’t have been able to wait to get the packages.

This place is terrible I've been on hold for 45minutes to retrieve a tracking number from an express mail package that I sent yesterday 3/23/2018, they bounced me around putting the blame on one another as to why I was on hold for so long. I've had a few encounters with this place and the service has ALWAYS been terrible. They are very rude and inconsiderate. As a ssa clerk at the post office I am very disappointed in the way I was treated I really expected better from my own people.

I called twice just to see if my package was still there, all I needed was a yes or no and some ghetto ass lady put me on a long ass hold. Management needs to get it together because people just trying to see where their shit is and she being rude!! When I called back the second time, I asked how long is the wait and she ignored my question & put the phone on hold. It’s whoever answers the phone at the post office in Miami Gardens on 37th Ave and 186 ST!

Spent over 45 minute calling back to back for 2 days and not once did anyone answer the phone. No customer sefvice ethics at all.

No one answers the telephone there. If they do answer the line, they put you on hold then disconnect your call. If your having your mail forwarded they keep the packages there for months or just return to sender.

Postal office 37ave 186 Street in Miami Gardens, Florida . Spoke to E.Martinez and he said that my mail ?? was forwarded correctly. But I run a company and haven't received anything in two weeks. That's very bizarre. I'm here waiting for the supervisor to come and check the status. Mrs. Robinson was very helpful and pleasant. Thank God for her

that thang be vibin. It was this one time some crazy homeless prostitute was sleeping in front of that bih and wouldn't stop talking to us while we waited in the lobby. But I haven't seen her since. other then that and the rude hoes that work in there that don't crack a smile once the whole day; I love that post office!
