Postal Locations

I asked clerk at mainstreet branch should mail containing my correct address but not my name still be put in my mailbox. She said no. I told her it happens a great deal to my PO box and home address box. She said all she can do is write and hang an angry note and HOPE "they" see it. It doesn't have to be an Angry note from the Angry black man, they should just be reminded to do there jobs "Correctly". Please help, thanks.
