The Atlantic Blvd Branch is impossible, unable to get through, our current carrier is horrible and takes it upon himself to "return mail to sender" if the mail box is full. What he should be doing is leaving a sticker to advise your mail can be picked up at Post Office. His actions are causing negative impact on families by returning bills, bank information, etc. Unable to get through to branch to see about getting this problem resolved.
This is the WORST Post office in the country. I have literally been calling them since Friday last week and the phone NEVER was answered. Today, Monday at almost 4:00 pm and I have been calling nonstop since 8:30. I havent done anything else just to get ahold of them. Phone rings to operator and sfter about 10 rings it hangs up. So I call back for same thing to keep happening. Id go there but an hour away and only this location can answer a question of what I have in my PO Box. There is no reason for you to NOT answer the phone. This locations post master is a joke! Went in there before Thanksgiving as a package of mine was delivered to wrong PO Box. Post Master told me he couldnt look into it and ask someone upfront. They ssid the Post Master had to look into it. He came over and said, "what do you want me to do about it?"
Really? Thats how you treat people? I gave him the PO Box it accidently went to. So he goes back to look and its there. It had MY CORRECT address on there but that post office put it in the wrong PO Box. So basically I wasted over an hour of my time due to their neglegence and he never even said sorry. Dont use this Post Office. Its a MAJOR JOKE!

Up the phone. Rings and then drops. I will have to go there on Monday and speak directly to a manager. An ex friend and/or her daughter changed my mailing address and
I’m not getting any mail. Mail fraud is a federal offense.
The Atlantic Post office NEVER answers the phone. I had to go over there and stand in line with a fractured foot in order to get my mail. NOT ACCCEPTABLE!!!!
Your substitute home delivery from the Atlantic Ave. PO with your rural drivers as you call them has gotten worse since living in the Enclave in Wyndham Lakes Community here since the last 23 years. Our regular mailman is EXCELLENT.
Complaints to the Post Office Manager through the years have been ignored. We just noticed the recent mailing of our HOA Monthly Payment receipts from the bank have not been received by most of our 113 homeowners. The PO Manager should be fired and replaced.
Your PO is the furthest PO from our location. Your drivers cannot seem to read the addresses. The Atlantic Ave PO is the one that delivers our mail. Mail is also delivered to the wrong house.
I mailed two cards at this location on Sunday, both cards where going to a Coral Springs address and it took 4 days to get delv'd REALLY? That is a shame
12/24/2018: Sorry to advise, as I have so much faith in our governemntal servcies, BUT the USPS, is just not customer service based anymore. Hopefully this will improve and my faith will be restored. THANK YOU my mail carrier and postal service employees.
