We are a Law Firm and are getting all of our out going mail returned, looks like it goes to Miami then right back to us. Some saying not deliverable or return to sender. Meanwhile, all of the addresses are correct.
I try calling and it says to hold on for operator then cuts me off.
This is unacceptable.

I have these fools on HD VIDEO sitting in his car filling out the notice that I was not home. I was and I have it on video that the driver never got out of his car. LAZY ! SHOULD BE FIRED! LYING ON THE JOB! You cost me money. Now I will cost you your job.
Second time my package has been delivered to the wrong address and this time who ever received wasn’t kind enough to return it. I don’t blame them. What pisses me off is that it’s been 3 weeks and I can’t purchase these items again. Someone please reach out to me.
I am missing a check that was mailed to me and I was notified by the mail delivery that it was coming. I waited almost a week to see if it was just late but the other mail kept coming. Finally I remembered that I have a ring camera, (that’s what it’s there for, to use) I look back at the video for that day and I see that the postal truck stopped at my location but never got out and just left. I have a missing check. Someone reach out to me please
The post office that delivers your mail is in 33065 En NW. 94th Ave. in Coral Springs. On Saturday, 23 January he put four on my bills and someone else his mailbox and that is so unacceptable. Was he in that much of a rush to get in and go home. I also mailed my passport back on January 6 priority mail and they still have not received the passport yet. What is wrong with the post office on 94th Ave.
We are a Coral Springs residents for 30 years now ( 4108 NW 78 Terr.) and our experience in the past with the USPS was very good, but recently we are having a lot of problems with our mail delivery, missing bills that generate late fee charges, mail from our neighbors and neighbors getting our mail. what is going on?
Pakastani or Indian female gave me a difficult time. She was disrespectful and abrasive in manner. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because she was not communicating clearly. She kept pushing me to choose the most expensive shipping method for my package which weighed 5lbs at a cost of $72.00. Out of spite she took another customer who had to fill out paperwork and had me stand aside and make me wait because she was pissed at me, I assume for not choosing the more expensive method. Her supervisor, then had me move to another counter in which I had to wait another 20 minutes. So the Indian woman that I initially spent 45 minutes with, pulled her supervisor aside. The Indian woman apparently did not want to do her job to service me. Total time with counter employees 65 minutes plus wait time online 25 minutes. Grand Total Time spent to have USPS take my package to ship 90 minutes. Gotta be a more streamlined way to do business with USPS.
I’m very frustrated today, I’m in the line for 53 min and the attendance don’t care about the older people in line This it’s unbelievable disrespectful with us customers. I left because I can’t Stand for this long in the line 1 hour is unbelievable.
I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address and thanks to Jorge or George not sure how he spells his name but he went out of his way to find my package and personally have it delivered to my front door. Thank you so much for the quick response and for going out of your way to fix this confusion yourself.
If these comments are not read by postal employees who are they read by? They are the people who should be reading them!! Especially the ones about the phone never being answered! I am trying to reach the manager by phone as I was told to do by a postal employee and no one answers. Guess I'll have to stand in line again to make my request known. Then if she is physically there I'll be lucky!
I really don't believe there is a human working there, at least answering the phone. I have tried numerous times, sometimes, back to back, and no one answers. I submitted my concerns and got a case number, still no reply. Was told someone would call me to resolve my issue 3 weeks ago. No call from them and cant call in. I am a retired carrier with over 30 years of service and my issue is not difficult. Now I am requesting a refund, and will forward my concerns to post master.
