Postal Locations

my mail was to be forward to Ohio from Florida. I'm receiving some of my mail but not all. My water bill is sitting in my mail box in Florida. The bill is due what should I do?

mail was to be forward from CCFL house to NY house starting May 5- Not getting anything forwarded. Call nation wide number they started inquiry and my local NY post officed called and said they not holding and to call Cape Coral Post office-- have tried a couple dozen times and eventually after no one answers it hangs up. Missed bills, wedding invites etc. HOW DO I Get the mail from FL forwarded- hace confirmation code 2212808130013140 answer the fon!

I have done a change of address a month ago from a home in Cape Coral at 1406 Viking Court to a P.O. Box, however, I am still receiving mail at the 1406 Viking Court, and I can never get a hold of anyone when I call. I would like to make sure my mail is not sent to Viking Court anymore.

I have a package roaming around that belong at 4410 SE 1st place, Cape Coral, FL 33904. I accidentally put Avenue please send my bag to 4410 SE 1ST PLACE, Cape Coral, FL 33904

To the post office manger, @ the Cape Coral office. Have you though about installing, those big mail box units. In the residential areas? So it would make it easyer on the delivery's? In those residential areas.

please will you ask our mail lady irma if she picked up 2 latters on the 4/24/19 of very very impotrtene.. the one is not important . the one to germany is very importantt .has about 6 stamps on it. i feel that letter has been stolen out of the mail box . i share with the land lord. but i am renting a small eff. since i can not drive my car . i could not renew my license i did not have a pass port and lost my id card many years ago . i am german and marties a us soldier. we cam her together on the general alexander patch . noone has my records exept the army no imigration noone elsr to get my lost id card replaced . . i am stuck . i have 2 bad knees ab back the land lord does not allow for me to get a mobillity scooter .or he will to my car away ..he does a lot for me . takes me to the docktor for my shots in the knees my presctription filled to the store .i just dont trust him . i can not go nowheres , even in an emergency . it looks like he took everything over . . my whole life since i cant drive my car ... i hope it is my imagination . but if irma only picked up the letter to tallahasse . and not the one to germanuy . . he stole that letter out of our mail box . i emaild to him about stealing important mail out of mail boxes . he worked at the post office he is 65 years old . .he emailed back . the only investigate if a lot of mail is stolen including pacages . otherwise the post office does not bother .. i cant believe that . as soon as a letter goes in to te mail box it is government property . .. please please let me know about that one letter to germany . it concerns my birth paper and something very important to me . my fathers name . i want on my birth paper . . i wrote to the same address in gerany before i needed papers at another address. and got my reply . .. here i am worriesd . that he stole that letter just to find out what i had written in there . . i told him i need to gey my birth paper replaced . .due to my cat spilled a whole glass of hot chicken broth on my papers i was sorting out .and the where ruined completely ruined . he has problems i dont want to talk about ....i hope it is my imagination . .and irma picked up 2 letters instead of just the one to tallahasee... please please let me know . thank you so very much . leni shea 1214 se. van loon terrace cape coral fla, 33990 . please do not write . email .. thank you again . .

Watched a video of the Postal Workers on You Tube. Wooow the postal workers got all bent out of shape because a citizen came in to photograph. Saying it’s against the law and called the police. Well the law says it’s a public facility and it’s legal! Good for the cameraman.

Our mail lady Lisa was wonderful!! Delivered by 2:30-3:00. I don't know what happened to her but the 2 mail men that deliver now??!!! She used to always deliver papers/sales on time, but these 2 don't!! Winn Dixie Ad by Tuesday because it starts wed, Just got today. Lazy or what!! Really miss Lisa!!

Wow - it must be so nice to work at a place where you never have to answer the phone. I called 15 times and never once got an answer. the wait time on the national line was over an hour. I'm guessing that's because the local venues have such poor service and "don't bother to answer the phone". Simply unbelievable how piss poor the customer service is. I have missing mail, tracked mail that says it was delivered when it wasn't .... Just simply too angry for words at the incompetence.

11/2/l7 11:05 AM Brought my two envelopes to counter, one was a very small postage-paid return, when I made comment to clerk that it was a return postage paid, the clerk turned to other clerk and said"And this one is trying to tell me how to do my job as if I didn't know". I said"you're kidding". She said "no, I know what I have to do". I said you shouldn't be working here with an attitude like that. Her answer "yes I can." I left without having my other envelope weighed and mailed. Been coming here for 6 1/2 years, never happened before and never saw this clerk before. I'm leaving this review here because I couldn't reach any personnel by phone, constant computer selections, and no answer at main post office despite trying for a while. She was also rude to previous customer.

Our mail carrier keeps a regular schedule. Mail is delivered around the same time daily.
