Mail and especially packages that I pay for shipping gets stolen from my mailbox on hillbilly ally ( where you say all mailboxes need to be kept) someone needs to stop the stealing from happening!!! Company say if the package was marked delivered by USPS they say not responsible for replacement… I’m out over$200 enough is enough… we already have to pay for a P.O. Box … I pay to have my packages delivered… so I’m not going to spend additional money for the expensive gas prices we are all now suffering from to drive 15 miles one way to get the packages I paid to have delivered!!!we expect them delivered… and the post office doesn’t answer calls with a human only a computer who then hangs up on you when you ask to speak to an agent 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️… our street sign has been Green for over a year now … shouldn’t we have evolved by now… and get mail to our house ??

I paid for local delivery of stamps on Friday December 10 because I cannot drive and it’s difficult to get to the post office. Mail already came today and still no stamps. Post office doesn’t answer their phone and there is no email contact. My bills are now going to be late because I still don’t have my stamps and I have no way to contact anyone about when I will get them. Very poor customer service. The purpose of local stamp delivery is to enable those who cannot get to the post office to get the stamps they need in a timely manner and they failed miserably!

I put a hold on my mail and even put a note in comments when to redeliver and they didn’t redeliver that day. I called and finally on third try every half hour I was able to get someone on the phone. Now I just went out to get 7 days of mail and I still don’t think everything is here! My neighbor told me she just got a weekly store ad the day my mail was supposed to be delivered. I didn’t get it. I am on my third try, trying to get someone to answer at the post office!!! Terrible customer service.

Called every post office in Hernando county and no one answers. Great customer service. My "hold mail' was not delivered.

3-20-2020 called po. they do not pick up phone;2 minutes waiting and ringing, no responce. my mail has not been delivered for 2 days after i repaired a broken mailbox by someone who drove into it. rerrible service. who do i contact to sue?

NEED TO BE CONTACTED ASAP...DNT SEE A COMPLAINT SECTION.....MY MAIL LADY IS NOT DELIVERING MY MAIL THAT HAS MY SONS NAME ON IT (HES 3) . BECAUSE IT DDINT SSAY MY NAME IT WAS NOT LEFT....WE TALKED BEFORE BOUT IT AND AT THIS POINT SHES JUS BEING SMART ABOUT IT ....NEED TO BE CONTACTED ASAP!

Employees at this post office intentionally disconnect or leave office phones off hook to avoid taking calls. Communication is impossible for customers who are unable to make it to the post office. No attempts at redelivering packages, carriers frequently deliver mail to wrong addresses and mailboxes. Like the prior reviewer said, just very lazy and passive aggressive overall. Many locals confirm that there is rumored criminal activity within office employees such as theft and fraud. We hope for change in staffing or at least an investigation. Very concerning...

We recently move to talavera community in spring hill and have a challenge getting our mail in our new address I have gone to the lsnd o lakes post office they refered me to the aviation office and nobody seems to know why our mail is not delivered we have been in our new address a month now and we only got mail once delivered to our door after several calls and trips to the post office. I have called the aviation office over 20 times in the last 2 dsys and there is no answer or the signal is busy all the time. we important documents coming and need our mail..can someone answer..some of my neighbors also express they have issues getting their mail here...
