These ppl are so dumb they can’t even deliver a package 💩🧻you are the worst incompetent company ever ups

We sent a parcel envelope from the Spring Hill location (with 3 cards) to Bonaire GA on 12/12/22, as of today 12/29/22, they still haven't been received. Have spoke with many people before Christmas, requesting a call back from a manager. No return calls yet!!

What is the point of scheduling package pick ups if no one is going to pick up the packages?! This has become the 'norm' and it is UNACCEPTABLE! Carriers will DROP OFF packages right next to packages that need to be PICKED UP and leave the outgoing packages! Sadly when they finally do get picked up they are NOT being scanned that the USPS has them for days and at times a week plus time! Totally disgusted with the service!

Post office is allowing shippers to use labels which create cod on buyers end Question arrises where or how did those labels get into shippers possession I'm owed 12.15 Shipper is refusing to reimburse

Female postal worker who delivers to unity Dr.in Springhill.(East linden estates)needs to be re trained in manners.these postal workers make a minimum of 72,000.per year.that not chump change.she was getting into her car,saw me lift 3 letters to mail.when I tried to flag her she drove off.rude.not the first time shes done this lots of people would like her job.retrain her or fire her..we don't need to take rudeness from gov.employees. we see that daily on the news and Washington .

I have put in a change of address in January and in February and I am still not getting my mail this is a horrible location

Very upset - expecting a package today. Mail came, no package. Just happened to be looking out the window about 10 minutes ago and saw the mail truck stop at my mail box and put something in. There was my package. They never came to the door, or gave any hint that there were packages delivered after the regular mail. What is happening this the postal service in Spring Hill? This isn't the first time I have gone to the mail box the next morning to find something in there, and you can't call the post office - they never answer the phone.

Filled out a card to have our mail held Dec 8-12 and asked all mail to be delivered on Saturday December 12. It wasn't and wasn't delivered today Dec 14 either. Substitute carrier had no clue. Said our regular carrier would deliver it tomorrow. We don't know if that will happen or not. Never had this problem before. Very upset about it.

still not getting mail at address 2 times have resent address

who ever deliver's mail for regency oaks is mixing up mail to the wrong address. this is happening more then it should, today i had a neighbor bring my mail to me from another street, she not only had my mail but other mail for someone else, someone needs to address this issue. thank you

VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN MY MAIL 3/14/2020 (SATURDAY) WAS DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBOR. VERY IMPORTANT CHECKS ALONG WITH MY PERSONALIZED LICENSE PLATE AND REGISTRATION. NOT USUAL POSTAL CARRIER - THE 3 POSTAL TRUCKS PARKED IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE CHANGING THEIR PACKAGES - I'LL TRY AND REACH OUT TO THE POST MASTER MONDAY THE 16TH.

I live in Glen Lakes, and the carrier is always putting boxes in the keyed compartments that are too large to retrieve through the opening. I realize that when they open the outer panel the boxes fit, but the boxes do not fit through the opening once it is closed.

i keep missing packages that i ordered and the tracking numbers are not recognized by our system but are scanned by it i am missing several packages and no way to track now i have one sent back to the post office and no way to find out about it because no answers the phone

It's pretty sad when you want to call and speak to a human that you have to wait over an hour! Then I call direct to the Philatelic Ave location and the phone just rings and then it gets picked up and hung up. I would think that customer service would be better than this! Very dissapointed!!

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PO BX ON LNE?

Very frustrated! Did a change of address mid November from an APO to a new address. to date ever package that I've sent has gotten hung up or sent back. Why?
