My Father worked for the most honorable USPS. I loved the older USPS. Now, with the new Commissioner, who belongs in prison, I hate it. And it is such a shame because some really good people work there. I'm trying to locate a package with a good arrival time. Nothing but a run-around, round, round, etc etc......:..........
Please answer your phone or have an message telling the caller their options. Instead the phone rings 10 times and than hangs up.
Terrible customer service. (ops- There is no customer service) If you weren't supplemented by the Government, you would be out of business. Please don't blame your phone system on Covid.
I'm currently calling a number that no one will pick up on. I'm not calling the toll free number because THEY are useless. Our mail guy is ALWAYS late, is too lazy to bring anything to the door when the package is indeed small enough for him to do so, and today, he's given us the wrong key to the wrong lockbox. Some STRANGER has my package and I can't trust them to be a good person and give me my stuff. They're WORTHLESS.
6 pieces of mail delivered to me...At 6107Stillwater Court That belong to 6111 Stillwater Court and none of my mail was delivered on Tuesday, January 12… I would like to know where my mail is and why I am getting my neighbors mail when my mailbox clearly shows 6107 Stillwater Court. Our names are similar but I've never had this problem before and I think there is a new driver on the route.
I frequently do not get any mail when my regular girl who delivers is off. Where is the person who is suppose to deliver my mail? I get an email with pictures of the mail that was to come today, and no mail came.
A package was Addressed and delivered to the wrong address (3316 53rd Ave E) instead of to me (3312 50th Ave E). Called them and they said it was returned to the Bradenton River Post Office. Do you still have it or has it been returned to the sender?
I had outgoing mail in my mailbox. The carrier delivered my incoming mail and did not take my outgoing mail. I've called the Braden River Post office four times and they don't answer the phone.
I requested package pick up for Dec 15 - received request confirmation - packages were NOT picked up and no mail was delivered on the 15th. I received an email notice that the packages
were picked up - they were NOT.
New request for Dec 17 - have confirmation for this date - hoping that this happens and that mail is also delivered.

Your employees at the Braden River Branch will not answer the phone tried for several hours to find my package that was not delivered yesterday, but they have marked the tracking number as delivered. Will be placing a complaint with the post master!
The mail carrier for this street is totally unreliable. We MAYBE get our mail 2-3x a week. This week we have been expecting a check that was sent last Friday from Sarasota, and the mail carrier has not come down to our boxes but 1 x this week.. He-She may comes sometimes on Sunday- or LATE week days or mostly only to a few homes during the week. This has been going on for a LONG time. This week is the WORST.Is it stacking up somewhere? Is it being tossed?
Having multiple problems with mail not being delivered to correct addresses, lost mail and letters never getting to receiver !!!
