We wanted to commend our carrier, Chris (who delivers to Wildewood Springs condos) for going above and beyond today in helping us out of what could have been a really bad situation if he hadn’t come along when he did. My husband, who has poor health, had fallen in the green space behind our condos and had been there in the midday sun for several minutes before I found him. I tried to help him up but wasn’t able to so I went looking for help. No one in our area was home. But then Chris drove up to deliver the mail and quickly came to assist. He got my husband up and in the condo in no time and all is well. We were so fortunate he came along at that time, as I was afraid my husband was heading into a heat stroke, and we are so appreciative for what he did for us. He was truly a lifesaver.

Why didn't west side of 88th St W (34210) get mail yesterday????

My mail comes from the 57th Avenue Post Office. I live in an apartment complex. Twice this week our Mail Carrier has shoved packages that do not fit properly in our small mail slot. They had to be squashed to get them back out the small opening. We do have package boxes for items that are questionably larger than the slot. I would appreciate it if he would not do this any longer. Please use the package boxes that were installed for that purpose. I'm thankful that our mail is still being delivered during this crisis, but I'm angry that my packages were damaged trying to get them out of the slot. Please make sure the package boxes are used when something is of questionable size. Thank you

How do I get a post office box key made? I live in Plantation Village on 63rd Street.

Im very pissed this is the third package that i have not received was told that they would investigate this problem beginning to wonder if the person thats delivering the mail has stolen my packages

This is the 2nd time my package has been put in wrong mailbox.luckily first time the neighbor brought to me,this time no clue.I will be filing official complaint.

Status of undelivered item was at 2005 57th Ave W, Bradenton, Fl 34207. Rescheduled on line for next day. It did not show up. Tried calling post office but no answer. Are they going to redeliver letter or package??

Good afternoon, I am currently in the process of moving from Bradenton Florida to Palmetto Florida. I want to thank the Bradenton PO for their years of quality service at the PO location on 57th Ave W and the letter carriers out in the field. I did not want to make to move without giving praise to one of your outstanding letter carrier's, Chris C, who had been delivering my mail for over five years to the Bay Club Apartments, 26th St W, Bradenton 34207 and to my place of business at Firkins Nissan, 1611 Cortez Rd W 34207. Very rude employee I DO NOT!! appreciate having the phone slammed down on me twice in one day, even once is not acceptable I have a package which needs a signature, not sure if anyone tried to deliver it because I never had a notification in my mail box, I checked with my tracking number to find it was ready for pick up 5 days after it was delivered to the main post office in Bradenton, not happy
