Postal Locations

I am having mail stolen from this post office or mail box in front of post office. Checks I have written have not arrived - is costing me check stop fees and late payments on checks not received for bills. I now have to take my mail to another post office. This is a terrible situation I hope you are addressing!

I will no longer use the USPS unless I have NO OTHER CHOICE. I sent an OVERNIGHT envelope to NJ from Boca. I sent it on 9/16/2021 Today is 9/20/2021 and the package hasn't arrived. It had a passport and credit card in the envelope. Worse yet, I have found NO WAY WHAT SO EVER TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE AND THE TRACKING JUST SHOWS IN TRANSIT IN WEST PALM BEACH! THAT WAS 4 DAYS AGO! I'm fed up with the sub par attitude and service of this PRIVATE COMPANY! I can't write on this venue what I'd like to say. So now we are at the mercy of this highly inefficient and outdated system. God Bless the USA? She needs it!

I am home bound . I had the pharmacy deliver to me by mail. My delivered heart and lung medication was left out in the sun by the carrier and they did not knock ✊ on door as past carriers have done to give it too me . Now my medication is ruined and I was advised by pharmacist not to take it and I am on disability and can’t afford to buy more. Please have this serious problem taken care of. Janette Collier

It is a disgrace that any mailer handlers would snoop so low that they would open letters everyday to see what is inside of them. We can’t trust them anymore, I have my letters open everyday to see if there’s money or checks in them, I suggest next time I find a letter open, I will take pictures of them and then bring a lawsuit against the post office.

I have informed mail online, I was to get my stimulus check TODAY!!!! It is NOT HERE!!! Just like yesterday, always some mail missing!!!!!!!! Totally inexcusable!!! This the second time in 4 mouths I am complaining about my mail delivery!!! There is NO REASON why I don’t get ALL my mail on the day it is to be delivered and to get it delivered after 6pm is inexcusable!!!!! I want a resolution!!!!!

Hi, I am a resident at 444 Ashwood Pl 33431, and I would like to know why my mail is delivered between 8:00 and 8:30 Pm every day. This has been going on for the last month. Is there an explanation for this? Thank you

I was in the Boca Raton branch two weeks ago to request that any mail forwarding from my address at 2800 S Ocean Blvd 5M Boca Raton Fl 33432 be stopped and allow mail to be delivered to my Boca Raton address. It seems I am not getting my mail at 2800 S Ocean Blvd and it is still being forwarded to NJ. Please stop the mail forwarding ASAP. Regards, Michael Kaufman 609-

THIS POST OFFICE IS CLOSING BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS REALLY FALLING APART. VERY DANGEROUS. NO OTHER REASON.

I am very frustrated with the mailbox drop on SE 3rd street. I have mailed multiple times, dropping my mail there, paying bills as much as 10 days before the due date, to a local Boca Raton address, and had to cancel the checks because they never arrived. I do not believe this box is emptied on schedule. I am trying to make sure I do not use the mail service at all unless it is just absolutely necessary. Pick the mail up on 3rd or remove the box!
