Our gate code was mistakenly deleted recently, however it was re-entered Monday Feb 13, 2023. Our mail is still not being delivered as of 2/15/23. No one has been able to reach you by phone because you won’t answer! Your service is rediculous!!! i checked the gate myself and your code is now working properly! Contact our HOA at 302-703-1311 if necessary, but our mail needs to be delivered NOW!!!

Good morning We noticed we were missing our electric bill and other things. Our part time neighbor arrived last night and she is mailbox 8 and I am 13. She had 13 pieces of my mail in her box. She had about 30 pieces of mail that were not hers. She does not come on a regular basis .. this is bad. So in short- ALL neighbors mail was shoved in her box?? very odd. My address is 37112 Fairway Drive Frankford DE 19945 ( mailbox 13)

I got a delivery confirmation for 11:22am and that was 2 days ago. My package was never delivered. No one answers the phone here when you call, either.

My package was delivered to someone else? My package says ups delivered on my porch at 10.57 today we were home all day was not delivered to us.

I need to talk to someone here since they have 2 of my packages that haven’t moved from their annex since June it’s August and no one answers the phone
