Rude. Mailing a simple package to Pittsburgh with all address information except for zip. When I asked if she could help with finding the correct zip Clerk snapped at me "I can't do that, you look it up!" There was no line at the time - and I thought I had given a more than reasonable request ( asking for a zip number from the Post Office??) - so I left with my package to compare 'service' with that at Shield St. They were courteous, efficient and quickly 'found' the needed zip - all the Bishop's corner clerk had to do after punching in the address was to "just hit more" - and the zip appears. I had heard of the poor service at Bishop's Corner - but this was absurd. I hope they Know who was out front around noon on June 12. Time for retraining, please.

Over the years I have avoided this branch but I went with priority boxes on a Saturday knowing that it is a popular day for passport transactions. The line was extended half way through the post office box portion of the lobby when I arrived. However, there was a clerk in the lobby taking customers who only needed stamps or who had priority packages all ready to go. That expedited the entire line. It was a great idea.
