The staffing shortage of postal workers plagued Belden Ave Post Office for months. The regular staff are thorough and very tolerant given the internal challenges they face and the abuse often handed from the public. I appreciate their service and assistance.

The worst Post Office in Southern CT. The window clerks are either too slow or one short Asian woman moves very fast and makes a million mistakes. So, there is no one who moves at normal speed efficiently. I don't trust my mail getting to where it is supposed to go and usually it doesn't get there on time when mailing from this P.O. I actually drive further and use the other Norwalk Post office.
