Don’t bother calling. They never answer the phones…so you have go to their location between 12 and 4pm. Even then you have 50% chance of getting your issues solved. They don’t hire the brightest people for the rural routes, plus they are just plain incompetent. So many mis-deliveries

Call the annex the phone rang for 4 minutes. No one answered my call!! Was told to contact the annex to let them know I have live birds being delivered Tuesday the 21st thru Thursday the 23rd. Very poor customer service
