I know postal carriers are overworked, we all are, but Please quit sending me mail that is not mine and, Please get my correct mail to me. I have received government checks that I am sure someone is waiting for. I get late notices and I have never received a bill. (No I won't do auto pay). Probably went to someone else's house. Note: If you do received the wrong mail, please give it to the carrier to deliver to the correct address. Calling the post office does no good. No one answers. Guess I will have to put it in writing and take it to the big kahuna.

I have been calling the Montrose PO for days and all I get is ringing from the operator then busy signal then dropped call. I am beyond angry and frustrated. What's wrong with this po?

I sent a graduation card to a Montrose Senior. She lives on Akard Ave. They sent it back with no such street. Thanks to Google maps, I looked it up on the map and guess what I found? Akard Ave in Montrose. What do you know about that. I may have to drive from GJ to Montrose to hand deliver it. Hate to keep getting it back.

This is the third time I have received mail with out the actual mail in it. Twice I had packages with pregnancy magazines from a family member sent and the package was destroyed and no magazines. Now I got my first Mother’s Day gift in the mail, opened the box and it was empty. Who takes a mug with someone else’s family photo on it!? I’ve tried to get ahold of someone to complain and get to the bottom of this and have not been successful. I just moved to montrose and am not impressed with the usps here at all.

WE LIVE IN MONTROSE COUNTY AND ARE PART OF A CLUSTER MAILBOX LOCATION RIGHT ON A MAIN ROAD. I HAVE SEEN WERE LARGE PACKAGES ARE LEFT SITTING ON THE ROAD RIGHT NEXT TO THE MAILBOXES FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE. THIS IS CHRISTMAS TIME AND MY MOM SENT US A PACKAGE THAT WAS TO LARGE TO FIT IN THE MAILBOX, SO IT WAS LEFT RIGHT NEXT TO OUR MAILBOX AS USUAL AND IT IS GONE. WHY DO THESE BOXES THAT DON'T FIT IN THE MAILBOX NOT GET DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE? OUR HOUSE IS ONLY A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE MAIL BOX. I'M UPSET AND SAD ABOUT MY LAZY POSTAL CARRIER

sent perishable package to an individual in the Montrose area, the individiuals' key didn't work in their lock box, they were told that that they would fix it tomorrow. Really? A person pays all the money to have it shipped without spoilage and this is the best you can do at Montrose Post office. Thanks for going out of your way to make sure that the issue is taken care of in a "timely" fashion.

Avoid mailing anything on a Saturday. There's always a line of customers all the way out the doors, and only one person working the desk.
