I always enjoy the ladies at the Kremmling post office. They are always friendly and helpful. I have observed them dealing with rude people, but it was done professionally. I think in our community we should embrace and be thankful for these hard working ladies. They deserve it!!

Terrible experience, some of the most lazy postal workers I’ve ever seen. Will do bare minimum, to avoid taking items to locker will just put your box number on a slip with multiple other peoples box numbers on it. Every single item ordered so far have not been able to pickup due to early closure or slip later in the day.. Someone higher up in the chain genuinely needs to look at how things are being done here…

She was rude she was talking bad about my little cousin in front of me to her co worker. She didn’t know we came back in. She made a smart remark about me having to teach my cousin about how the post office works with picking up packages. And wouldn’t give him my package without an id very upset this is the second time with the same lady and incident. Horrible customer service

There is a horribly RUDE, I mean RUDE, woman at this location. That's saying A LOT bc all 3 females in this location have been rude to me and my bf that shares my Po box. I don't know the name of this female but I finally went off on her for being so horrible and now I'm afraid of the consequences. I just don't want my mail messed with so I'm leaving this complaint. I would've done it months ago but haven't been able to find a customer service outlet for the usps. Thanks for your time.
