I attempted to check the mail at my PO Box this evening at approximately 7pm, however the doors were locked. I verified my info as well as the hours on the website and both show lobby/po box access hours should be 24/7.

Today I was appalled to see my mail man wearing a raggedy T-Shirt that said, "Fu** Joe Biden." WTF? How is this possible?

Over 3 weeks now that I have requested my PO Box location ob Hodgen Road to be marked. Spoke with the manager, Lynette, to meet her on my property this morning. Never showed. She said she would be out this afternoon. Never showed. Last week she did not want to move the PO Box. Still has not even marked its location at my legal address on Hodgen Road. I have missed all my bills that then went to a collection agency, missed over $3000 in unemployment because no notice of hearing was ever received. Now I have not received my ballot so I CANNOT VOTE. Have received none of my utility bills or personal mail from Germany mailed on 2 June and this 20 days after it was mailed. And still no manager to tell me where to place the mailbox at my legal address on Hodgen Road. Need this handled ASAP.

I had 2 packages from ETSY to be delivered today & I received a notification from ETSY saying Delivery attempted. No access. What does that mean? There is no note in my locked mailbox. There’s no key to a larger package mailbox. I have called your phone 3 times & no one answered & then I was disconnected. Address is 7429 Liberty Bell Dr CO SpringsCO 80920

This is the most poorly run USPS office in Colorado Springs. I have lived in 3 different zones serviced by 3 different offices and I have visited several others. The wait times in the lobby are the worst I've ever encountered. You can not reach this office by telephone either. They simply do not answer. Trying again to track a misplced, lost or mis-delivered or undelivered package.

Never get the correct mail delivered and have to walk it down the block to the correct owner. I know my mail gets misdelivered because I never receive what my USPS app says is on its way. Then I receive an email that my packages could not get delivered due to "ATTEMPTED NO ACCESS TO DLVRY LOCATION" OMG just walk to my dang front door you lazy sack. nobody has attempted delivery or tried to deliver my packages because my camera would pick them up. Its all crap from this USPS post office.. I hate Amazon but I hope Amazon just ruins the USPS because they deserve it. Amazon never screws up and they don't get the benefits USPS provides. The drivers from Amazon just try and that more than this USPS does... If USPS served food people would go hungry and DIE!

I have a package that was sent to my old address in Colorado Springs. I was told to get in touch with the Briargate Post office, and they would forward to package to me. It seems that you cannot have anyone answer the phone, nor leave a message. I never knew this Post Office had such a bad reputation, but now I know why. It's a shame that no one cars about the customers.

I am missing 4 packages in the last week. I also had an opened birthday card. They all say delivered at certain times but we have security cameras and we didn't even get mail on the days they were delivered. There's no simple route to go about to report this stuff? Is there any accountability for USPS and the drivers?

This is the 2nd time I received "Sorry We Missed You" notice for a certified letter WHEN I WAS AT HOME. No knock on my door from mail carrier. Today, I stood by my mail box waiting for the letter and mail carrier drove right by and waved to me. WTF ?? I even called the local number numerous times. No one answers and it only hangs up on you. Terrible customer & mail service! No wonder the USPS is bankrupt & owned by Fed gov.

This has been happening to us as well and it's beginning to really frustrate us. Just happened today. And we can't get through to anyone via the phone number provided. I will be leaving a note in our mailbox for the mailman. And if it continues I will be going in to complain big time.
• Replied to Sorry We Missed You..

A phone number is useless with no one to answer it. My package never left your building 8 days later...and I can't do anything about it. No wonder you all are projected to lose 100 billion in the next 10 years.

My year end gift AND bonus check were never received - at least the gift found its way back to sender and the address was CORRECT. I've been waiting on a check from Georgia for 10 days. WHY is the mail delivery in Briargate so poor???

On three separate occasions the carrier left a "Sorry we missed you . . ." slip in our mailbox without ever coming to the door--we were home, all day. And of course calling the Briargate branch, for 15+ continuous minutes, results in "Please stay on the line . . ." rings ten times then goes to a busy signal. I am predicting that nothing will come of this review--the "Service" in USPS is a long lost myth. Any we wonder why the USPS is going broke-still.

For the last 8 years we have had the wrong mail delivered to us and our mail has been delivered to our neighbors. This is a reoccurring event that happens at least 2 x's a month. We have lost birthday cards, we have lost tax documents. This is not acceptable. It has become so bad I have had to tell my family, that is out of state, they can no longer mail things via the USPS. I have called, emailed and it still occurs. Shame on them for not making any changes to fix this.

Our mail is getting later and later everyday. When we moved here 2 years ago, it came between 12pm and 1pm. Now it is 4pm to 5pm. Address: 11491 Rill Pt. 80921 Can anything be done to get our mail so we can answer it the same day? Thank you. JH

I am really getting tired of the mailman not paying attention. I "was supposed to" have a package from Amazon delivered Saturday. Well, guess what, he put it in someone else's box, and I NEVER GOT IT. Where ever it went, it was kept. I can't afford to have this keep happening. Look at the address and house numbers people.....PLEASE!!!!!

Have never had a problem with the employees at this office but now I have one. Someone locally according to the help link email from the post office website has blocked my access to my informed delivery information. It will not show any information and will only tell me to "enroll". I've had this for awhile but it's not working now. It started last week, the week before was fine. I check this daily since we are a rural route and I need to know when the packages arrive. I hope this is just a glitch. Please correct this problem so I can check my account for informed delivery again. Thank you.

I received two packages today - delivered by a neighbor. The key to the parcel locker was left in the wrong mailbox. I have tried to call the Briargate Post Office several times, but after a few rings, I get a busy signal and then the call disconnects.

Received notice that Mail Carrier attempted delivery of a package on 30 Mar but that "No Authorized Recipient Was Available". This is False. I am disabled, was home ALL DAY, and there was No Attempted Delivery. This is a medically Necessary Rx that must be signed for. Went to web site on 31 Mar at 4:40 PM and the Parcel Number on the attempted delivery notice is not even in the system.

We live in Flying Horse and have community mailboxes. We started having our mail stolen week of 2/10/20. on 2/20/20 several mail keys were found with addresses on them, and other broken off keys in the mailboxes. One being the outgoing mailbox. Sounds like someone has a set of master keys stealing mail. hummm

I talked to Talbots this morning 2/13/2020. The agent said the package was delivered yesterday. It might have been delivered, but there was no retrieval key in my mailbox. I have tried to call the Briargate Post Office four times this morning and have been cut off four times. I will go down to the mailboxes and leave a note for my regular carrier and see if he can find the package. Things always go wrong when we have a substitute. No wonder the post office is losing money. I dread When he is off.

So many complaints against one station has become a daily and systemic issue. Mail is put in other neighbors boxes, mail missing, lock boxes can be opened without a key... just to name a few issues. The Station Manager does not reply to our issues whether its an email or a phonemail... Terrible...USPS needs to shut down!

Waiting for book package from Amazon.com. Sent on 13 Dec by Amazon. Checking their web page, found message: left in mail box by USPS carrier. The only thing in the box is a key that does not open any of the larger boxes where packages are left by the carrier. This happened before. When I called USPS this morning it took me 30 minutes to talk to someone -- I was transferred 3 times to the "operator" and then disconnected after several rings. Your package delivery service needs improving.

Has to be one of the locations most in need of improvement. Lines always long, employees slow to respond and interact, have heard employees argue to customers, product displays lacking product... Dropped a package off Friday, still waiting for tracking information to be posted.

I’m pretty sure it’s not a requirement for the clerks to be rude to the customers but one of the clerks named Melissa was so unbelievably rude to me. I could tell I was not the only one irritated with her because the lady in front of me was complaining to one of her co-workers about her as well. And she refused to help her also. She asked me if I had an appointment and I said “no...” and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and started helping the people behind me and then made me wait for 40 minutes while people in the back were standing around and continued to help other people as they walked up and refused to make any kind of contact with me. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a post office.

For over a month we have been experiencing serious delivery issues at our complex. We have a kiosk & have had outgoing mail (checks) stolen from the locked outgoing mail slot, our kiosk doors aren't secured & left swinging wide open after delivery, outgoing mail has been found lying on the ground around the boxes & there are days mail is not being delivered and when it is it is often put in the wrong box. We are getting no resolution from the Briargate Post Office.

Post office closes before 5:30. Online I think says it open until 6. When you get there at 5:25 they say they are closed. Terrible employees. Wish I could use the Monument post office. My mail box cluster is broken by vandal and I just wanted my mail no one was willing to help

The volume of incorrect deliveries over the past several months has been staggering. I regularly receive other's email, and I know some of my mail does not get delivered correctly. I've had a few late payment fees as a result. The service used to be good in the past, but the deterioration is quite disappointing. I'm reducing my dependence on USPS as a result. Is there something that can be done? Perhaps improved sorting, or improved attention to the address of delivery. I also see there are many other complaints! Apparently doesn't matter.

I have had several problems with my carrier. From getting my neighbors mail, lost packages and miss delivered packages. I spoke to Lanett about the issue of my lost package. She was very unprofessional and rude. I asked her how they are going to find my missed delivered package and she told me the carrier delivered it to me because the carrier scanned it at the mail box. I told her if it was delivered to me why would I be calling now. She told me the carrier scanned it at the boxes and there is no way I did not get my package.

This office is HORRIBLE! The very idea of customer service is lost on these bloated government employees. Only visit this post office if you're ready to stand in line forever only to be treated like an idiot by the smarmy employees. If the USPS would start paying the postal workers based on productivity I am sure the lines would move faster. Especially the passport line! It took over an hour to do 1 person's passport in front of me! Then the lady was far from nice. It's so good to see our tax dollars at work.

Whenever the postman delivers a package he doesn't even wait for somebody to get the door. In the time it takes me to get from my couch to the door (I live in an apartment, so less then 10 seconds?) he is already out the front door and getting into his truck. And when I try to go to the post office to complain, because this has happened so many times, they don't even act like its a concern. I'm using ups or fedex from now on, and telling anyone who sends me a package to do the same.

My grandparents house burned down in the black forest fire. I order a package to a new address that said undeliverable. I called and talked to Cindy the manager who was a complete jerk. Very quick and just told me over and over that they sent it back. I called back and talked to another employee who was so much help. She took the tracking number (Cindy said they don't use those) she made notes and added my name to the address and even said it might still be in Colorado. So don't talk to Cindy! She is the manager and should be setting an example. I called back and told her what her other employee did for me and let her know how unhelpful she was. She laughed and said "thank you!"
