Postal Locations

I am not receiving my mail on a daily basis. I do not get mail one day then early the next morning I have a box full. Later that day I get another regular delivery. This includes important political mail and first class letters and flats. Many times my parcels are mis-delivered to other people. My local office turns off their phone to avoid talking to customers. The 800 # is 45 mins to an hour wait time. Can you say privatize.
