I had 2 envelopes tapered with at this location and items stolen out of the envelope from someone at this post office. Just horrible! The envelopes went to two totally different locations, both delivered with holes and items missing. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service, does not answer the phone. Also returned my package to the sender within 2 days. This a joke.

I have been trying to get my mailbox key fixed for over 3 months now. I have not gotten 1 straight answer from one of the 3 locations in my area. Not one says they can fix it. I have to go in and get my mail from the office every single time. This is ridiculous, horrible customer service.

I have been astonished to see one of your employees at the counter helping customers and interacting with other postal employees at relatively close distances while not wearing a mask (twice). It is my understanding that masks are required by the Marin Co Health Dept for both employees and customers. This is a terrible example for the public as well as being a public health risk. When I asked him he said that his nose runs when he has a mask on and he has to constantly take it on an off, so he wears one every other day supposedly. He shrugged off my admonition that public health regulations require it. Ironically he said his daughter is in med school and admonishes him to wear one also. I am trained in public health and am dismayed at the Post Office tolerating this behavior on the part of an employee. I will certainly be going to a different post office from now on or will start using fedex or ups instead going forward.

It is beyond belief - postal workers dealing with the public not given gloves or masks! Let's protect those who are serving us.

My package is ten days late I can’t get anyone to give me any information. This is the 4th time this year stuff has not arrived on time I leave call back numbers and no one ever calls. I call Bellam and they hang up the phone. I have lost all faith in the San Rafael post office. If it is important and time sensitive. They will fail you. Fed ex from now on. Worst customer care in the world.

Today I renewed my passport at San Rafael office on Bellam. I worked with Agnes D. Anicete who was possibly the nicest person in that capacity I have ever met. She went out of her way to help me resolve a name change issue and patiently and carefully handled the paperwork. Please let this person know how grateful I am to her. Thank you.

There was NO pickup or delivery yesterday Mar 14 2018 at 44 and 42 Lucky Drive, Greenbrae. There was a vehicle somewhat blocking access and sub carrier did not exit to deliver or pick up mail. Also phone number for Bellam does not work. It rings many times and then a loud sound not a fax sound.

Same problem as previous posts - the website outline a number of service and advice that passport services require appointment (please call), and the phone is not answered. A voicemail confirms the office address and proceeds to terminate the call. That is really unimpressive.

One of my issues at the 40 Bellam Blvd., San Rafael Post Office is the fact that the telephone is not answered in most instances whenever I have called. The phone 'rings off the hook' until I finally give up and hang up - and that is with both #'s I have. There have been times when I know the phone has been picked up only to be hung up again immediately (it's obvious by the sounds!) - no communication whatsoever (it happened this morning again). I know they may be shorthanded at times but this is rude and unacceptable just the same. At least it should be that one could leave a message for a callback. I hope something can be done about this type of behavior and/or change the phone system.
