I sent an important rate reductions letter to SMUD two weeks ago, and they still have not received it. It leaves me wondering what actually happens to our mail. I wish someone would answer the phone at the post office so I could further inquire.

Keep getting everybody elses mail, and my mail comes from my neighbors already opened. Do not understand why people do not look to see who the letter is addressed to before opening.

This is the second time I have found a piece of my maill open in my mail box. Yesterday I open my mail got the news paper out look inside and found a card from my neice and it was open. I asked a few people and I even said that some one had open it looking for something. I am very upset that during these times someone would do this.

Official complaint, The mail carrier for 4821 Monet way has passed by my address three days in a row without checking for out going mail ! I have had an out going bill sitting visible in my box for 3 days, this is unacceptable at any time so corrana virus should not even be used as an reason for missing my house.
