Lazy and hostile letter carrier in my neighborhood - I've complained so many times and nothing has been done. Still posting notes on car windshield because they cannot put a letter in a mailbox. Sad. Real Sad our world has come down to hostile postal workers delivering my mail instead of being thankful they have a job to begin with and just get the job done and stop complaining. Lazy.

Unable to get in contact with anyone. I called 9 times without them answering the phone. When they finally did answer the phone, they pretended like they couldn't hear me so they wouldn't have to help. Then when they could "hear me", they would put me on hold and purposely forget I was on hold. Absolutely terrible service. 1/5 stars.

I have had excellent service at Brooks street as well as the one down by seagaze. I do a lot of shipping and receiving and at times items are held at Brooks. I have never had anything mishandled. I've noticed more customers are just generally impatient and 90 percent could have avoided their dilemmas had they printed y heir labels and came to drop them off. These employees have been through the ringer historically the budgets have been cut they're understaffed but I support these folks and would not like to see it privatized by Wal mart. If you gotta wait 30 mins oh well. We should all be a bit kinder and realize these are humans just like us, some have good days some have bad days and we all make mistakes, these aren't priests and don't have to be kissing anyone's ass- just provide a service.

i went to y'alls postal store (211 brooks st) on saturday 22 2017 and i waited for 30 mins to get seen by the guy who wasn't very friendly, i should've waited for the female who was next to him. But i get it everybody has a bad day considering his boss just asked him to work another shift since someone called out. So while he was talking to his boss he was doing what ya do or i though, appartently he don't know how to mulptie task or pay attention or both. I had 2 seperate things to mail off to 2 different cities, and i told him i need one of them over nighted and he even confirmed the address of the one that was to be over nighted and he even told me that it would be monday which was fine since ya ain't open on sundays, Monday comes around and my daughter never got her package and she never got it today (tuesday) and as i was looking at my receipt i notice he over nighted the wrong package which wasn't a big deal, i just want to know is that how ya train your employees to tell your costumers the wrong infromation, i normally go the postal store on base but i went to your store instead since the base store was close but i can tell you i wont be back again, i hope you can talk to him and ask him why he told wrong information and to talk him about being more polite to costumers and his employee number is 22

Please have all your drivers stop speeding down Creastwood Dr in Oceanside 92058. I am home everyday. And see it all the time.

The mail carrier is a idiot. He is lazy and does not want to get off of his butt to deliver packages. I am going to the post office and place a complaint. He tried to give my husband a package and my husband was on his way to work & asked him to bring it to the house because I was waiting for it. He threw it on the sidewalk and drove off. He constantly puts boxes that are too large in my mail box. I am sick of this guy.

Just had the driver of car 0231640 leave a very expensive package at the beginning of the pathway to my front door. So anybody walking by could pick it up. He just had to walk 15ft to front door and knock or leave it there. I live on Crestwood Dr in Oceanside 92058. This happened 4:50 pm Thurs. 26th 2013. What a lazy driver.
